Breathtaking historic building but rooms 251 to 240 face the station, are loud, dark and dreary. No cathedral ceilings or grand details and when people walk on the floor above it sounds like elephants dancing upstairs. The lobby and restaurant are exquisite and I spent most my time there. Service was amazing. The room was extremely disappointing and not what's advertised.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary (for which they made the beautiful gesture by themselves on the picture) and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The spa and gym are absolutely perfect for a relaxing hotel getaway. I especially loved the fully equipped Technogym fitness area — it had everything I needed. The spa offers a lovely pool, a soothing steam bath, and a wonderfully hot sauna located in the changing rooms. The atmosphere throughout is calm and refreshing, and the showers are spotless and excellent everywhere. All in all, it was the perfect way to start a day in London. Highly recommended!

Have stayed twice at this hotel and absolutely loved it both times. The first time was upgraded to a junior chambers suite which was amazing! Second time regular room, still very nice and large. The incredible, historic, Harry Potter staircase is a highlight and the location can’t be beat. The hotel is directly connected to the St Pancras station—just go through the gorgeous restaurant and you’re there! (The suite overlooked the train station.) Go downstairs and you hit all the shops, restaurants and Platform 9 3/4. Right behind the hotel is a fantastic outdoor area to eat and hang out, with a tiered grassy arena and the charming Coal Drops Yard. It’s incredibly convenient and a fabulous stay!

St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London I would love to share my experience as a wedding photographer, having photographed the wedding of two brides at this beautiful London venue. There is absolutely no doubt that this place is visually stunning, offering endless opportunities for photographs. The interiors are truly breathtaking. If the grand exterior impresses you, just wait until you see inside. The staircase is particularly spectacular. As a wedding photographer, I also had the pleasure of working with the venue’s Wedding Events Manager, the wonderful Lauren Franey. I first met her during a pre-wedding recce visit, and her warmth and professionalism made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was a real privilege to photograph a wedding in such a historic and iconic setting, right in the heart of one of London’s most vibrant areas. If you are planning your wedding and looking for a special place, I recommend a visit to the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel. I am sure you will be as impressed as I was by the elegance, richness and unique atmosphere of this remarkable venue.

I highly recommend staying at the St. Pancras Autograph Hotel. The building’s architecture and interior design are truly stunning, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The service is exceptional—the staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every aspect of your stay feels special and personalized. The spa facilities are a particular highlight, with a high-quality sauna, steam room, and pool that provide a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. The dining experience is equally impressive, with high-quality cuisine that perfectly complements the hotel’s luxurious ambiance. This hotel delivers an outstanding experience that exceeds expectations in every way.

If you're looking for a hotel to stay at when other options are of comparable price, I highly suggest you look into those other options because the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel is just not it. In the words of my fiance, the hotel room has "Best Western vibes" - a sentiment that I truly cannot help but agree with. For context, the room rate was the same as the Great Northern Hotel a block away, which was by comparison stellar. I highly recommend looking there if you're coming into town. When you walk into the hotel, one would get the impression that the rooms are rather nice given the exterior and the lobby - but it's all for show. Once you get in, the room is comparable to an airport Courtyard: it's depressing, dated, and just in dire need of a freshening. The two things that one could say are modern in the room would be the television and the mini bar (note, not an in-room fridge you can use). If you're looking to get some fresh air in your room, you also won't find that here as the windows don't open. And - if you're looking to charge more than one device by your bedside, bring a power strip since you've only got the one outlet next to you. Perhaps the one good thing about this hotel would be the service; the employees we interacted with were incredibly gracious to us and genuinely seemed like they cared. They're truly some outstanding folks. Overall, would I stay here again or recommend anyone stay here? Nah. I'm honestly incredibly disappointed given the other Renaissance hotels I've stayed at. Save your cash/points for other hotels.

Make sure to use HotelTully.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the best in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you will love it I'm sure! Excellent hotel. Five star service. Made you feel welcome. All staff offer a five star service. Has an excellent St Pancras Spa in the basement where you can quite happily spend the whole day and have a really enjoyable relaxation break. If you pay for a treatment from the treatment menu then you can get free use of the spa facilities. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy that I had spent time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel and St Pancras Spa. Everything you need is here from the restaurant, bar and rooms for overnight stays.

5* hotel experience is built on the attention to details - and this hotel is lacking it. It starts upon arrival - the receptionist is very welcoming and friendly, however, the don’t inform you of a deposit they withhold, just charge to the card straight away. There’s a bottle of champagne and glasses behind the desk - but they don’t propose you it. There’s a jar of water infused with fresh fruits - but there’s no glasses. You get upgraded to a better room but it looks at the brick wall (at least they inform you in advance about it). The room is ready upon arrival but there’s no water, it will appear only the next day. Details are everything - and the hotel loses this game. The rooms (had a superior room) in the Barlow wing are 3*+ standard, not a 5* for sure. Old furniture, AC just sticks to 20.5C and making the temperature higher doesn’t work. The cosmetics is pretty basic, don’t expect Jo Malone or even L’Occitane. The building itself is super impressive and beautiful, however, the corridors of the Barlow wing are pretty standard hotel corridors with no personality. Not to come back.

Beautiful hotel. We are really grateful to the concierge team who made us feel so welcome. Thanks to Gordon who we had a very pleasant chat with and Kevin who took a group of guests on a tour of the Hotel. Very interesting and informative. The Booking Office 1869 was just the ticket for an evening meal. Finally thanks to Laura at reception for being very friendly and enthusiastic when we checked in. All in all a great stay and and excellent team.

Stayed for 7 nights (Aug 2022) Location and common area facilities were amazing! Beautiful building. Worthy of a 5* hotel. Service was definitely lacking for a 5* hotel, closer to a 3* or 4* hotel. Door men were outright rude sometimes, questioning if I was a guest once even. Did not feel comfortable walking into the hotel after that incident. The saving grace were the managers at the hotel desk, quite courteous, and able to assist with questions and requests. Rooms are solidly in 3* hotel category. I understand that in the UK hotel rooms aren't as big and luxurious as other parts of the world, but this doesn't deserve a 5* hotel rating. Window is tiny and with no view, furnishings old, not 100% clean either.
