This “Hotel” was terrible. 1st of all when we entered the Hotel the receptionist was arguing with a customer. Secondary this hotel was closer to a crack house due to the wallpaper was pealing off the wall, the carpet was stained with black marks everywhere, the kitchen area had nothing at all, the cupboard doors were off the hinges and left to the side. The insects and bugs were disgusting they were in our room and in the lobby. The amount of arguments we heard during our 1 night stay was terrible the environment was not welcoming or safe what so ever. On the website it said there was parking however when you get there none at all. I had to park 2 miles away Joke of a hotel AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY !!!

It's basic but a nice wee place. The staff are always cheerful and happy to chat. The room was small but definitely worked for what I needed. They have a tea kettle in the room and a small fridge. Microwave and water cooler in the lobby. The area is lovely and has plenty of shops around and is within walking distance to other shops also.

Unable to get in the road on a Saturday due to a market taking place. Had to park in Parnell Road. Hotel entrance door was off-puttingly dirty - the front or reception did not look like the photos included in the booking page. The the chap booking us in was very nice and helpful. Sheets and towels were clean, so were the toilet and sinks. The floor in the kitchen and bathroom could do with bleach/descaler as it did not look presentable. Some mould on the silicone, mould on the ceiling. The hotel could do with a bit of a refresh (even a lick of paint would do). Furniture in the room looked quite modern, the bed was very comfortable. Had a flat screen TV with a sky box, a kettle and a fan - life saver! #8 bus to Tottenham Court Road within a short walk. Fairly close (25 min walk) to the Olympic Park/ArcellorMittal Orbit Slide which is where we needed to get to. Not much happening in the area after 1am (local pub was empty by that stage).

First of all, there is no breakfast. I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks and the police were called at least two times. There is something very dodgy about this place. The staff party all night with their friends. I came out of my room to find them slumped in chairs and laying on the couch next to the door. Also, the smoke alarms in the rooms are not even installed properly. Guests smoke in their rooms. Avoid this hotel at all costs, unless you are looking for the perfect location to do something dodgy.

It's good for solo or backpack travelers who does not need much comfort but where to just sleep and bath for 1 or nights before proceeding. The rooms are very tidy. The bed and bathroom are very small. Front desk not customer friendly. I give 2 stars because the ground floor rooms are wheelchair ♿ accessible but the bath/toilets are not.

Room extremely basic ( too much so The bed was like sleeping on a rock I think I'd of found a park bench more comfortable! Room has 2 electronics in the room a tv and a fridge no other plug sockets so had to go without the telly as needed to charge the phone and no fridge as needed that socket for plugging in my wheelchair to charge over night. Only good thing was the market outside the hotel in the morning which the hotel manager obviously has no say in unless u have no other option I'd avoid going here.

The room was nothing like it is shown in the pictures, barely got a greeting on arrival. TV remote didn't work at first, no blacony as per booking. Also the front of house staff were up in the reception area until around 12-1am making a fair amount of noise. So if you need to be up early do not stay here

Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Outside the hotel is a pleasant market to see especially admire as cultures mix together to live and watch.

Very dirty hotel with unpleasant staff who try to scam you. This hotel is by far the worst hotel I every stayed in and probably will be for ever. Besides that it is way to expensive for the location and the service (there is no service) the staff also scammed us into paying more since they forgot to write down the propper date after a reschdule. The room is dirty to say the least there were blood stains on the blankets and fungus in the shower/ toilet. There was dirt everywhere and they probably did not clean anything at all. The staff doesn't care about one thing when being told. Please help yourself and NEVER go here!!

I had to cancel my stay last minute due to a mistake in booking, and after trying to reason with the hotel they denied any kind of refund. I am aware my booking was a mistake on my part, but the reaction I received from them was AWFUL, especially considering the hotel I booked after is a 4 star and only cost me £7 more for a STELLAR room. Absolutely atrocious prices.
