Very friendly place, got a bigger room for same price. Comfortable bed and cosy room. Good place when you need place for rest on your trip. I got more than i expected. If you want luxus, you go somewhere else, but this is very good if you are budget traveller like me.

Avoid this hostel, they have bed bugs and the building itself is not safe. All these photos and reviews are fake. I was bitten by bed bugs STAY AWAY !

Stayed at hotel for a night, cheapest for a Saturday stay. It is a converted house but did the job for the night. Good location, was less than five mins from a station. Staff member is friendly. Clean towels supplied, bed seemed clean/comfy. Booked to pay card, owner rang on the day to day the machine doesn't work and to pay cash. Say it's overpriced for what it is, but was cheapest around the area. Not soundproof rooms, could hear someone moving around corridor/talking on floor below. Think the building needs a refurb - mainly the holes in the ceiling (which may have a leak as I left some clothes on the bed below and came back to an item being damp). Bathroom needs a bin. Door doesn't shut by itself, needs an adjustment. The house next door's garden has a lot of rubbish - not this place's fault but it wasn't the best view. When someone else went to use the bathroom and flipped a switch somewhere - light showed up in our room.

If you want a low budget option only 15 mins by bus (325) from the ExCel center, you found it. Great host, very clean, good bed. Not fancy and my shower was cold however.

Terrible, i only booked this 1months before i was meant to come to london and after speaking to other hotel stayers it was definitely over priced(170 for 2 nights even though the other people staying paid £50/£60 per night) due to the con that was happening locally, and that is probably the only positive of this hotel is that its only 20mins away from the ExCeL. The room I was placed in could barely let my 6ft partner stand tall, horrifically cramped and incredibly hot. The window didn't open and I had to use a bottle to make sure it stayed open to let air in, the room itself was dirty and had cracks everywhere, even the draws were broken. There is only one fan between the 11 rooms and even then it didn't work and was part broken. The bathroom looks nothing like it does in the pictures and was dirty also. The "garden" was just a dumping ground of rubbish and trash and was unsightly, the same goes for the street/local area. I regret booking this hotel but as it was the only one available in the area for the con I had no other choice, now I wish I booked elsewhere and just travled alittle bit to get to the con and probably would be cheaper option too.

Dirty! Half of the Shower curtain turned orange and I told the person who's in charge and they said ain't dirty. Clearly it is cause if wasn't it would be orange imagine especially during this pandemic. Also they could layout room abit better and fix ceiling

The room was very nice. Clean and tidy. But the guy that was on reception was not very nice. The way he spoke to us was rude. After we paid him the money for the room. He said to us if there's any damage We would be charged £200!!! We arrived in the evening just before 9pm. It was raining really bad. So we didn't have much choice. I won't be going back there.
