   Was originally supposed to stay here over a weekend. Had booked months out directly through the hotel and had my room type “upgraded” from two beds to one, even though I did not ask for that and needed the two beds. The hotel insisted there was nothing they could do since they essentially gave my room away and, at that point, the hotel was sold out. Be careful with booking here.

   We spent 6 nights at this hotel. The location is pretty good, close to the Waterloo station. Our room was quiet. The room seemed clean. The bed was awful (hard, could feel the springs, and noisy). The shower water pressure was not great. The breakfast was plentiful. Quality was okay. My biggest disappointment was the lack of attention from the staff. We have traveled extensively and have a background in management in the hospitality industry. We are used to being friendly and smiling. I caught myself smiling at staff and getting a blank stare in return, with housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast staff (Though the male staff that were cleaning the tables, very polite and working hard). Kuddos to Bichan (Trainee at breakfast) who was always smiling and efficient. Also kuddos to the tall front desk clerk with flat braids, standing at the entrance corner desk this week (except for this morning). He was the only one to make eye contact, smile, and offer assistance with a plug adaptor. Thank you.

   I would like to share my wonderful experience at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. The food was absolutely delicious — especially the lamb, which was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. A very special thank you to Sowdhika, who provided exceptional service. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, making my dinner feel truly welcoming and enjoyable. Her professionalism and positive energy create a wonderful atmosphere in the restaurant. I highly recommend dining here — great food, a cozy environment, and outstanding service. Thank you for making my stay even more memorable!

   Rooms are small with limited storage, staff is really friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was pretty good… coffee was awful. This is a decent hotel with close access to waterloo station and lots of drinking and dining options on Marsh street The rooms are really tight though

   The rooms have pretty good glazing so it’s not too loud from traffic noise, however I still needed earplugs. Great views of city from higher floors. No USB sockets in the room! No fridge. Shower was ok. No recycling bin. Good staff members and service.

   Very nice hotel, the rooms are nice clean and comfortable and the staff is very kind. The location is fine, just a 300 meters from Waterloo train station where you can take the subway. Breakfast was just fine and also the hotel restaurant is very nice. The only problem that I found is that there was no fridge in the room but it's not that bad. There is also a connivance store just near the hotel.

   Stayed here for a 2 nights stay. Good location from Waterloo Station. Room was clean and reasonable sized. Good view from room too. Staff were professional. Sadly though it only gets 4 stars as the bed seemed to be hard and the buffet felt a little disorganised, plus the beans and scrambled eggs were a little cold. I did mention this to the staff, don't know if they improved that as I didn't have the egg and beans on the last morning. Overall though, a good hotel to stay at.

   My stay was quite pleasant! After a long day of travel, found the staff very friendly and accomodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious as was the breakfast spread. My room was chilly last night and they brought me extra blankets. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean and I must say again how friendly and accommodating the staff was!

   Room was pretty basic. But the view from the room was good. The breakfast was superb. Wasn’t expecting such a range for their buffet breakfast. Even a waffle making station. Probably stay again just for the breakfast!

   Great Hotel in a superb location minutes from Waterloo Station. Breakfast was included, which was fantastic, basically a choice of everything, Breakfast times were also convenient 6-11am. We had an issue with our bathroom, which Hilton dealt with. Would stay again. Top tip enroll in 'Hilton Honors' scheme, you earn points for stays plus other benefits
