   Very accommodating and welcoming. Rooms are a good size and good quality for the money. Could do with double glazing for the traffic noise however. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend for budget clients.

   We were not impressed with this accommodation at all, I wish I'd read the reviews. The photos advertising this site must have been taken a long time ago. The location was not easy to find, the staff were not helpful, a sign say's it's a B&B but no sign of any breakfast I was told there's a cafe across the roundabout. The room was tired and shabby though the beds were clean. The doors would benefit from soft closers as they bang closed, very noisy especially at night. Remember to take your own towels etc. as nothing is provided, except tea and coffee. I agree with one of the other comments, it cost us £49 for the night, might be worth checking out the other accommodation in the area. We are not a bit fussy but we won't use this budget hotel again.

   My family and I booked 4 rooms. We were very happy with our stay and all agreed we will book here again if we are back in the area. The rooms were very clean, especially the bedding (a big thumbs up there). Condiments were in our room, which was much appreciated, for that 1st brew of the day. The property felt very secure and the hosts, were absolutely lovely. The staff were also very friendly too. To my surprise, at the rear of the property there is a substantial green area, where you can pick a spot under a tree and have a quiet moment with a book. In my opinion, you get great value for your money. Thank you!

   I managed to get 2 hours sleep at most thanks to the thin walls, noisy neighbours in the next room and a meeting in the car park at 3am that lasted well over 30 minutes. Impossible to work the gate in the morning and no one came out to help us. A guest had to assist us after trying to contact the owners for 20 minutes. Will not be going back.

   Brilliant accommodation large garden area lovely polite people that own the hotel. Nice area, golf course close. Lovely comfy beds and nice rooms, also they have there own bbq in the evening. Amazing jerk chicken with rice cooked fresh.

   Small rooms. Extremely outdated. Forgot to get a picture of sign in bathroom. It says "leave the bathroom clean as possible for convenience of next guest".

   Beds comfy, doors slamming from 4am no loo roll, so much not working but..... spent half the night laughing about it in comfort so not all bad. Get what you pay for, will defo be sending the Mr here when working away........he might actually come home early hahaha!

   Travel for work literally every couple week been going a year now so only right I write a review ,lovely place standard for price even better is the home cook meals you can buy ,land lady is a really lovely women who looks after me and my work mate always fresh rooms ,clean , fresh food , also meet the sons who a both lovely guys appreciate places like this when you can go to a holiday in premier in and no good food foul customer service etc .. so thanks to ruxley May it long live on best place down south for me wouldn’t stay anywhere else if it’s not busy am there ..BIG T

   DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL! I booked this hotel due to the price for my grandmothers funeral. Turns out I was in the wrong area. Used booking.com to do so and I really wish I hadn’t. As I’d booked a non-refundable rate, I reached out to the hotel direct who assured me she would honour a refund but I need to contact booking.com which was the first lie told. After about 4/5 calls back and forth with booking.com and the hotel, I get an email from booking.com to say the owner won’t even be offering a partial refund for my stay. That on top of her shocking reviews and the fact she lied and has a major attitude, I wouldnt even take the offer of vouchers in lieu of my refund. This place is a joke. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

   Me and my partner at short notice stayed last week Saturday! You pay for what you get and Evette is the most lovely woman you can meet! Towels, tea and coffee was supplied, everything was up to standard with the bedding etc! Evette was gracious and kind, I would totally recommend! Thank you for our stay, Chris and Jo!
