   I loved my stay here, I was so relaxed and even though it is a 3* hotel, ALL of the staff gave a 5* service, very professional, very welcoming and did everything to make my stay comfortable and had knowledge of things to do in the area during my stay. The breakfast was great value for money, with an excellent selection.

   No problem at all except for noisy planes overhead:) Not an issue if you are an early riser. 3 min to the station, lots of shops around, great service, decent room. Service at the reception 5 star! The guys in the evening ( 1st December) were just the best.

   I recently stayed two nights at Ibis London Excel Docklands while attending a business event at Excel London and I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the venue, which made attending the event very convenient. The team was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel itself felt cosy and comfortable with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I especially loved the breathtaking view from my room, it really added a special touch to the experience. Overall, a great stay in an excellent location. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Excel London for business or leisure.

   Speedy check-in, booked a superior room with twin beds which were re-configured into a double bed as it was just for one guest. Lovely fresh chocolate cookies waiting in my room and a personal message from the manager. Good buffet style hot and cold breakfast and express check out meant no delays leaving hotel.

   It's a budget ibis hotel. Excellent location for the excel centre (if you are unfortunate enough to go to a conference there). It's basic and it's cheap (for London), so nothing to complain about, but nothing to really love. Breakfast was much better than expected with lots of choices. Staff were very helpful.

   Perfect but very pricey. Staff are amazing. Only one drawback in the wheelchair accessible room was that it's very difficult to enter the room as there's a big metal lip to try get over. I got a push which helped me in though. Thanks for a lovely stay guys.

   I didn't stay at the hotel but they did allow me to sit in the bar area whilst my taxi came to collect me. I was having problems with my wheelchair and didn't want to wait outside, the staff were very friendly and helpful in the situation and the hotel itself looked very clean and tidy. I would definitely consider staying here on my next visit to London as a wheelchair user.

   Love staying in Ibis hotels, reasonably priced (slightly more expensive than the basic budget hotels) but the rooms are always super comfortable, modern and the breakfast is decent! I was also solo travelling, which as a woman I am always wary about, however no issues at all. Staff and everything were great!

   Very nice the room was great with only one or two small issues. The room was not fully cleaned twice over the four days. Glasses we're not changed and soap wasn't changed ether. Expensive for a budget hotel but it is in London. Breakfast was great and lot's of it. Over all really good.
