   We slept there one night and honestly it was not worth it. The stairs were broken, strong musty smell in the room (2nd floor). The bed is literally broken and makes noises. Super uncomfortable. VERY NOISY at nights + the curtains don’t block out the light. Toilet dirty. They asked us to pay 25£ BEFORE CHECK IN FOR ROOM SERVICE. I mean it says no where on the booking site that its mandatory. So be prepared to pay more. Honest review: not worth the stay at all. Yes sure location is fine, but with all the noises and the bad conditions in the room, I prefer paying a bit more and being able to sleep somewhere else. Didn’t literally sleep that night, thanks God it was only ONE night! Not recommended at all. Ps. If you sleep there bring ear plugs and eye mask for sleeping, plus be prepared paying for the cleaning service! AND BTW DON’T TRUST THE PHOTOS ONLINE

   To avoid. There was a hidden cleaning fee of £25 (via OPODO). The room was damp, had a bad smell, and was extremely noisy as it faced the street, with an open wall vent that let in all the noise. The bed was unstable and constantly creaked, with a very worn, concave mattress barely 10 cm thick. The sink in the shared toilets had no running water, the shower door closes but is very hard to open, and the electric heater didn’t work. Overall, an endless list of negative points. Definitely not recommended.

   I wish I could give 0 stars. Host didn't give me any check-in information, and they were impossible to get in touch with. After waiting for 2 hours with no word from them, I decided to just cut my losses and book a different place. They're not willing to give any refund or discount for the shitty service either.

   DO NOT STAY HERE Moments before check in, a '£25 cleaning fee' is demanded (it's not mentioned when booking). They claim that 'Housekeeping is available for a fee' in the T&Cs shows this. Piss on the floor in the bathroom Fire alarm went off for over TWO HOURS. Bed was uncomfortable. Pillows smelt stagnant. Bathrooms out of service

   Room was ok, location very good. But service and communication with host was terrible (i booked via travelperk). A confirmation email says: here you have all you need for your check in, then they send another one saying you have to put yourself in contact with them, but no contact details. Impression is there is something to hide. I ended up 30min at night in front of the place trying to get a hold of the access key. Travelperk customer service was very supportive. Also, price in travelperk was first 65 pounds, then i had to pay 25 pounds extra when i checked in.

   I really enjoyed my stay there. Nice apartments in a good area, walking distance to the city center. There are just 2 rooms on each floor and a shared bathroom on each floor. The house itself is pretty old, doors and stairs are quite creaky. But the room and the bathroom were in great condition, very clean, nice and cozy. It was really handy to have a well equipped kitchen in the room. Self check in and self check out, all instructions were clear and simple. I'll be glad to come back.

   Very quiet location. Close to public transportation. This location does not have an air condition unit. They have two fans. We were unable to find the remote control to the television box! I will definitely return back to this location

   I stayed at with them for 15 days. I really enjoyed my stay. The Manager Jay was always available for anything that I needed. It's the best place to stay in London. The washrooms were very clean too. The staff go out of their way to accommodate the guests. I would definitely recommend whether u are in London for a week or a month, this is the best place to be.
