   Dirty, smelly, disgusting stains, no baby cot, no lift, stained carpet, walls so thin that you can hear people talking from different rooms, carpet stained in the most disgusting ways. Newham council put me in there. Worst night of my life. Room smell of smoke . Window was kept open. This hotel should not even run. It should be closed down. It's inhumane to keep anyone there.

   This "hotel" is almost exclusively used by Newham council, to house families with newborn children and children with disabilities. It is a disgrace. Shame on you Britain.

   Definitely the dirtiest hotel i've ever stayed at in my life. There were breadcrumbs and paint everywhere, as well as a terrible smell of pee. Everything was broken and dirty. Just sleep on the street, it's cleaner.

   I am writing this on behalf of Miss Harjinder Kaur. Since I have been at Greenleafe hotel I have found the night staff member Mohammed. He has been a very helpful person. When he first arrives at work he cleans the front office and then he attends to the guests.He looks after the guests all night. He is also very understanding of the guests needs. In the morning he lays out the breakfast table. He is a very kind and polite person. Harjinder Kaur

   From the desk staff to the cleaner very friendly and cooperative. I slept like a baby in this place great value you for money also great location and many amenities right next to it. Couldn’t ask for more would stay here again happily

   Really great location and front desk staff, I think his name was Mohammed outstanding. He was really attentive and he asked about things we had planned. Room was really clean and comfy. Extra milk and coffee was available too....

   Nightshift worker at reception, his names Muhammad, very rude and disrespectful. I paid for the room which was very dirty, toilet sink was filthy, and bed was dusty. Despite paying he did not let me back in because I came after work. Threatened me with calling the police and is really rude. Never coming here again. Management is really poor and staff are disgusting.

   Please don't stay there. The very nice reception staff gave me the choice of turning down the room when I arrived. I should have known then and I should have run! The dirtiest place I have ever stayed in my life. Really disgusting. I should have read the reviews. I will from now on. The bed linen was spotless. I didn't touch anything else and left before dawn in the morning.

   Unbelievably upset with the conditions. I couldn’t even stay here. My son has asthma and he was coughing and had short breathe all evening. I had to leave. He’s better now. But overall the staff looked like they were high off something. Also not one person had a mask around their mouth. Staff and guest. Do not go here
