   This place is terrible, but also extremely cheap. The question is what you are willing to put up with for a very low cost. Pro - Very cheap. Got a room at short notice for less than £40 Pro - Shower pressure really good and nice and hot quickly Con - Room was smaller than a prison cell Con - Room was filthy Con - 1 of the 2 provided towels had horrifying stains on it Con - Bed sheet also hadn't been washed and had horrible stains Con - Wifi didn't work and in a dead spot for 4/5G Con - Bathroom door wouldn't close and hanging off its hinges Con - Toilet was rank Con - "Wardrobe" filthy and full of mould and spiders Con - Floor not hoovered Con - Very noisy at night Con - Light spills under large crack in door, so not dark at night Con - The shower head mount was broken, so had to hold it Con - Small TV present but wasn't plugged in As you can see from the images and videos this room was awful (can't speak for any of their other rooms), but it was extremely cheap. If you like roleplaying as a lunatic in an asylum then you can get a great price on a room at this "hotel".

   Do not come here I do not reccomend! This place looks nothing like the pictures these guys are complete frauds and they know it. The room was completely infested with cobwebs and spiders all over the ceilings and walls and the room was generally dirty and the staff are not very assistable. When I asked for a refund in exchange for cancellation, the manager shouted at me saying there’s nothing he can do about it and to call booking.com, so we did and booking.com was also extremely unaccomadating and said that the property should approve the refund??? So the property is allowed to post fraudulent pictures of the property and when you get there it’s filthy, don’t waste ur time

   Please don't ignore these reviews. I didn't read them, just picked the cheapest room in the area as all I needed was a bed, literally left at 1am as staff were shouting, banging and playing music, mould in the room, rubbish in the room, they were renovating when I arrived with no notice whatsoever, so powertools etc for the first couple of hours of my arrival. Please don't try to stay at this hotel.

   Room was filthy, other peoples hairs in the bed. Freezing cold. Damp growing everywhere and shower did not work. Toilet was covered in other peoples urine and floor had not been cleaned. Could also hear staff arguing very loudly until 1:30am as well as slamming doors. The worst hotel I’ve ever come across

   Please avoid this place, not possible to get a refund, noone responding to the emails and phone calls, one Big scam we lost £317 and time. Hotel looks like abandoned asylum.

   Scam! The hotel accepts reservations on Booking and does not answer you. We made 3 requests for validation of late arrival time. Without negative feedback we took it for validation. We stayed in front of the hotel for 1 hour without anyone opening the door and had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. The hotel never answered us, nor received us and refuses to answer the customer service of booking. Impossible to get a refund. Shameful

   A desperately miserable slum. I would give it zero stars if I could. Genuinely considered sleeping in my car instead. Dirty. Cold. Derelict. Don't be tempted by the bargain room rates -- it's really not worth it. Avoid.
