   As someone with autism, I often find it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed when staying away from home — but Jassamine Guest House truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, their service was outstanding. The staff were friendly, understanding, and respectful, which made a huge difference in helping me feel at ease. The building itself is beautifully maintained, and the rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell they really care about the comfort and experience of their guests. Unlike many standard hotels, Jassamine Guest House offers a more personal and calming atmosphere. The environment felt safe, quiet, and welcoming — which is especially important for people like me who may be sensitive to noise and overwhelming spaces. Another great point is the pricing. Not only are their rates very reasonable, but they often beat regular hotel prices, making it a much better option in terms of both value and experience.    Visited here 4 th time. Location amazing for @leos Red Lion. Lovely contained rooms, landlady very efficient and friendly. Although room (10) heated the bathroom not and was very cold. Never had this before on other visits but we will be back in 2025, love this hotel. Will be back

   Stopped here for a week, as i was working over at london gateway. Very nice place, some old decor, but that gives it an old victorian vibe. The Lady was very polite and friendly (forgot her name, sorry). Un-suite was very modern, with a powerful shower. Only problem i had, it was cold inside the room, during the early hours of the morning. But the room had a heater. Great wifi signal. Parking is adequate, limited spaces. Unfortunately didn’t try breakfast I was out before serving times. Theres a nice pub just up the road. A few takeaways and spar supermarket nearby.

   Amazing location and beautiful scenery. Alan (Manager) was very responsive, helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The building is beautiful and as a graduate Building Surveyor i admire its heritage and construction. The room was clean, provided with everything i needed and was quiet. This was the first hotel in Kent where i slept peacefully. Thank you Alan for all that you do. I will be returning again soon.

   Great atmosphere, really enjoyed my stay here at Jessamine. Rupert was particularly welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Will defo be staying here again as soon as I get the chance to and want another domestic break away!
