   Didn’t give time critical meds Levetiracetam and lisinopril as the Telfast (hayfever meds) that was on the same script wasn’t in stock. The risk of not taking the first one is seizures and if I have a seizure I can’t drive for 6 months . Absolute joke and very dangerous not to give them and this was ordered in advance before running out. But they took that long and refused to give me the medication I needed. Was told to get each item on a seperate script !!!!!!!

   Really bad and so slow service was waiting 45 mins since I put my prescription in to receive it also I had other people receive there's before me after coming after I turned up reallybad service woukstake a hop skip and jump away from this pharmacy

   Doctor sent prescription through electronically on the 28th Nov. 2nd Dec called to collect. Not ready, 20 min wai, as they "only do them when you show up". Not acceptable (second time this has happened)

   After visiting our GP, went to the pharmacy to collect the cream that we were prescribed for my 7 year olds skin rash/irritation to be told by a young man that they couldn’t prescribe to us sue to them hitting their quota this month for prescribing that cream!!!! That if we’re to get it that pharmacy we would have to wait 3 weeks! So I asked them to confirm they were refusing a child’s medication. He obviously found this funny, as he did a small laugh! I took the prescription to another pharmacy and explained what had happened they were absolutely disgusted and said it’s simple to have the quota raised. Lame excuse.

   My wife and I visited to pick up our Grandsons medication. On leaving we discovered a note which lead us to believe we were to get in touch with our Grandsons doctor as we were on our last prescription from Platt Bridge. The next 4 hours were very stressful as it took that long to sort out something that could have been resolved quite easily if pharmacist had taken the the time to explain what he had done and why as a matter of Customer Curtesy. Thanks to Gillian who went above and beyond to help 2 stressed out pensioners a very unnecessary experience. Just a word, that's all.
