   Incredibly unhelpful, verging on obstructive. Staff made me feel my query was wasting their time. Pharmacist shouted from the back room rudely and not confidentiality. As an NHS nurse, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and left feeling vulnerable and unwell, without sufficient advice and after an un empathic experience .

   The store is lovely and so handy! Don’t often go as I work in the Boots Manchester store myself but this is local to my parents house. Just nipped in for some arnica and remembered it was double discount week for staff but I had unfortunately forgot my discount card as I wasn’t expecting to go. I have a photo of it and it’s an option on the till to type the staff card number in for it to work as we do this ourselves but sadly the staff refused to do this for me. I was happy to prove my identity and show work information but they flat out said no. Such a shame! Next time I shall just order online and pick up as it’s linked to my boots app. I just didn’t think that would be an issue. Hopefully they are a bit nicer to other fellow staff members in the future. Other than that so clean and organised and like I said very handy store!

   Excellent service from Boots in Atherton. I cannot praise this pharmacy enough. My elderly parents are on complex numerous prescriptions and Kathryn the pharmacist and Emily and the team go above and beyond to ensure my parents mediciations are delivered in a timely manner I really appreciate their kind and efficient service

   Excellent staff at boots Atherton. Had my flu jab . Just waked in and had it . So helpful. Tried to phone leigh branch on Tuesday noone answering the phone all day .

   Just one lady behind the counter with a bad attitude! I'm exempt from wearing a mask, told her, but I'm still to wear a mask... thought out of all places a pharmacy would of been understanding!
