   Owner, pharmacist the most ignorant and offensive person I have ever come into contact with. Booked in for a flu jab and the male pharmacist went into a rant over the media creating panic and the fact he had had 10 appointments booked for that day personally if I was in his boots I would feel that I might be saving lives or at least easing the symptoms for people unlucky enough to have caught a bug. He then went off on one over me not having a jab earlier and the fact I was now very vulnerable to catching flu for 2 weeks, his words bounced off me but could have upset and scared other people. So a message to to owner, when you give a jab it might just save a life and if your over worked and stressed find another profession one more suited to you where you don't meet the public.

   this used to be a brilliant pharmacy but its changed staff recently, i am allergic to artificial yellow colouring in meds and food, they sent me meds with yellow colouring in so sent it back, the pharmacist has wrung me to ask do i eat carrots, yes i said, well he said they are coloured, how rude is that obviously doesnt know the difference between natural and artificial colours

   Yet again with this chemist what planet are they on?? My wife put her prescription through manually by hand to one of the male staff who said he would ring her when it was ready? 3 weeks later NO phonecall!! Shes been in today to collect them and was told by the young female member of staff that her prescription had not come through???? Through from where?? You where given it manually by hand!!! Its about time a new franchise took over this place the number of people we hear on every visit to this chemist complaining is beyond a joke!!!

   Would even give them 1 star. This use to be a great pharmacy but recently have gone downhill. Last week waited 30 + mins in a queue then I walked out. Today (Monday) I went in to get my prescription which was sent to them on Saturday (by the out of hours doctors) they said I have to wait approx an hour as they are very busy. I’ve not taken this pharmacy off my list and will be getting paper prescription so I can use any pharmacy even though this is next door to my GP.

   Absolute disgrace of a pharmacy recently, always using the excuse of being under staffed which is utter nonsense. The only difference is the new bearded arrogant manager, the non existent phone line, lack of empathy and massive queues because they cant get a single prescription right. This pharmacy is putting lives at risk and needs investigating.

   Unfortunately in recent months the queues are shocking , the waiting area is filthy , the floors & front desk clearly never get cleaned, the shelves are a mess. You'd think this would be a priority after an alleged pandemic. Understaffed, no assertiveness. When queuing, all I hear are the moans of people infront who are also having problems such as items out of stock or their " system" being blamed for items not coming through. They need more effective communication with the Drs next door. Took me 4 attempts in 2 weeks to get my prescription as the queues were ridiculous. As a manager when you see this, you need to have a meeting & employ further staff & put contingencies in place for peak times of illness ie winter! Whoever runs this place has no common sense & should read these reviews & improve if they care. The 1 star is for most of the staff who are polite & friendly especially the young american girl.

   This is the worst pharmacy practice it has been my misfortune to experience. I can't collect prescriptions due to my wife's health and over the last three months deliveries are taking 8/9 days if at all, and telephone enquiries are being cut off. Totally disgraceful badly managed.

   Terrible. Automatically accept prescriptions that they can’g fulfil and don’t have the staff to do it. Phone always turned off so no way to contact them. Faced with 1.5 hour queues to get through the door
