We were referred to this branch from one of their others as they could sort out holiday vaccinations. Helen, the manager, went above and beyond in terms of research, time, advice, and was both friendly and professional throughout. She delivered her promises and communicated brilliantly. Faultless.
Everything was fine until I picked up my medication today. On arriving home I realised they had not included my repeat prescription? I was informed that they had decided to change the system. In future they were only going to give the repeat prescription when needed. So when I need a repeat prescription to call into the pharmacy & they would print it out. I could either tick off items needed whilst there or bring it home to complete. So if you can print it out in two months time when I need a repeat. Why can't you print it out now??? (Why cause problems when there isn't any???) NOTE! The people who need repeat prescriptions are the elderly, this will only cause chaos for them. I'm 84 & I think the person who dreamt this up. Should reconsider what he/she has done. Geoff Bairstow.
For two decades the pharmacy, including its prior incarnation has always provided me with a professional service. From the manager down to the most junior of assistants the staff practises a reliable and efficient work ethic. Nothing is too much trouble in their efforts to deliver customer satisfaction. I look forward confidently to visiting the establishment for my future medical needs, for many years to come.
I used this chemist as it was the nearest one to me, offering the NHS blood pressure check. I'm so glad I did as it's a fantastic service provided in a great venue. The staff are friendly, efficient, and professional. I would highly recommend.
This Chemist had a tricky change from its previous address. However the staff and Chemist are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble when you go in. They are a happy staff and its always nice going to pick up my prescriptions and speak to the staff. Keep up the great work.

Kept me waiting on hold for 45 minutes to then keep me waiting a further 25 minutes to deny me a prescription of an inhaler whilst I had a lung infection
