Trying to order a prescription is a joke. I have rung 17 times today . Will not pick up the phone. I will be dead before they respond
If you don't actually want your prescription, this is the pharmacy for you. 3 weeks and 4 visits later, still not got my medication. Eventually gave up and got it same day elsewhere. Staff there don't seem to have a damn clue. Tried again 1 month later. Same result. Your life in their hands.
Always items missing/ wrong with prescription. Some of the staff are rude and struggle with English. Used to be a good chemist but unfortunately not anymore.
Unsurprisingly most of these 5 star reviews are over a year old. Since another pharmacy close by closed its doors recently, and a previous, excellent pharmacist left, the service here has plummeted. The staff are still very pleasant, hard-working and helpful ( hence the 2 stars,) but the overall quality of provision has deteriorated. Queues are frequently outside of the door and waits for prescriptions long. I recently waited (standing) for over an hour for a covid jab, despite having booked an appointment. The telephone is rarely answered. Come on pharmacy, let's have our previously excellent service!
Very helpful pharmacy. They have a private room, I've used the free blood pressure check service one time when I dropped in to pick up my prescription. I receive text to tell me that my monthly prescription is ready to be collected. I don't think they offer a delivery service which would be helpful sometimes as a cancer patient. I get fatigued on treatment so do rely on family who live nearby to be able to pick it up for me sometimes.
Friendly,knowledgeable, and efficient staff. Great customer service and quick turn round times. The pharmacist, Stephen, is always approachable and was highly supportive during covid and through recent disastrous gp changes and i am grateful for his continued professional guidance.

Genuinely this is the best pharmacy I've used. They really do help me feel better and I'm glad it's my local pharmacy.
Great service. We've just move to the area and this was our first visit to the chemist. The staff were lovely. I was staying with my husband near the car (he has alzheimers) and the pharmacist brought the prescription out to me. So nice and a big help! X
The best pharmacy I've been to, the staff are a huge credit to the company. They really care and actually get to know you, I don't even have to give my name or even ask if my prescription is ready. The moment they see me walk in they go and get for me. The pharmist even advised me to get a prepayment card as he noticed I could save a lot of money that way and gently reminded me until I did! Saved me hundreds over the year.
