   Appalling. Been rubbish for a year or two now since the previous senior pharmacist left. Walked in. Ignored by everyone while they were chatting about hotel stays. The “Pharmacist” finally asks if I’m served when I’m the only one in there and obviously not served. Hands script over and passingly asked what my tick on the back is? When I didn’t understand what he means he irritatingly asks me what my exemption is. Customers service at its absolute worst. Immediately changed the pharmacy for my scripts. Pity they won’t let me leave zero stars.

   Never answer the phone. I. Disabled and I can't get there for controlled meds. Need them delivered no chance of that because they won't even answer.

   Don’t know if there’s anything wrong with there phone line. Or not paid the bill. Hospital sent proscription over on Monday went in to collect on Friday they said it’s only just come through

   people who work here seem incapable of picking up the phone . it seems strange that all of the people who work here must have some horrific phobia of phones .
