    The best thing about this chemist is that it opens early morning and shuts later than others in the area - very handy when the doctors mess up your prescription and don't email them across until after 6pm. (This chemist used to open every Saturday but not any more.) Big, clean, bright shop with helpful, pleasant staff - except for one particular person who although helpful when necessary, seems constantly sullen (and at times, irritated). The chemist also offers free prescription deliveries, but I cannot comment on the service as I do not use it.

    Although not a customer or patient of this pharmacy I still felt that I wanted to leave a review. I had the pleasure of being in this pharmacy yesterday and I have to commend the staff working here as being friendly, welcoming and super efficient. Derek, Aaron, Michelle and Deb were all there yesterday and I witnessed every one of them go above and beyond for patients showing a level of care rarely seen these days. Keep up the good work guys, I hope your community and bosses appreciate and reward you !

    Changed to this pharmacy from the rude staff at Widnes late night pharmacy. They are absolutely lovely in here. Polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, prescriptions sorted in minutes rather than days and days at the Widnes one. Very happy I changed to here

    The opening and closing times on there website are incorrect. Pharmacist is very blunt and rude, there closed when they should be open so you carnt pick up your prescription. Website needs updating.

    I transferred my repeat prescriptions to this pharmacy, having previously been using Boots at Ravenhead Retail Park. Boots have regularly been taking 10 or 11 days to process a prescription once approved by the GP and rarely seem to care about the length of queues in the shop. My experience at Four Acre Chemist couldn't be more different. Prompt dispensing and friendly, attentive staff. Proves how worthy smaller, local business are of our support.

    Temporarily closed on Saturdays due to lack of chemists. I'm sure this will be remedied soon. Some of the staff are lovely and others are downright rude, especially on the phone. Maybe some re training will help and if not well.....
