If you want the most up to date hotel this is not it. The rooms are a bit run down and cramped BUT the service was great, the manager held breakfast for us one day when we slept in past the breakfast time. They help our luggage for free when we went away for a night and then came back. We stayed in two different rooms here since we traveled for one night and came back, the first was in the basement and it was clean and nice but we liked the one on the top floor MUCH better as we could open up the windows when it was hot! The manager also moved the wifi router for us when we couldnt get it in our room so we could use our phones. The location is right next to a tube station and a cemetery that was awesome to sit in during the day to relax. If you just need a place to lay your head at night you cant beat this place, super safe and great service for us.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was ok, good for the price in this area. I had a basement room and there was heavy rain during the night. I think some guttering might be broken outside because the heavy dripping kept me awake. The bed was very comfortable and i was upgraded to a double. I slept very well after the rain stopped. I would stay here again and thought the price was great

We had to book last second, late in the night, due to a bad Airbnb experience (that was rectified but not relevant to this experience). Within an hour of booking online, we were checked in. Check in was simple and check-in employee was friendly and hospitable. Room was quaint and clean. Breakfast was simple (eggs and toast), but tasty (and free). Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Small and easy but clean single room next to the kitchen in the ground floor with a tiny sink. Clean bathroom separated upstairs, hot water and pressure not working properly. Due to thin walls (airport no too far away) and the bathroom beeing directly over head I woke up several times. The location was perfect for me and the service friendly. Price OK for London. Would come again a single person to discover the city.

small but perfect! Very friendly and competent personal. It was a great experience staying there for a week. The "earls court" underground station is just a few minutes away from the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfort. Would come again. 5/5

Easy and simple. Great value for price. Included breakfast is sub-standard if you dine anywhere else but it was enough for me and included in the price. Had to ask for a second towel and there was no toiletry items in the bathroom so I bought my own shampoo. My room was also very small but clean. If you know the limitations, the location is great.
