I had a really good experience with the staff here. I had been looking for a specific prescription for my baby for weeks which was difficult to get as most pharmacies in Chester are not able to order it. I called them and asked if they could order some in and they were so helpful about it all. He finally has it now thank you!
Disgusting! The female pharmacist there are totally manner less, rude not helpful.I needed a medication and i called them before going there just to confirm wether they have the medicine or not, they replied over phone they have it. After reaching there 40 min after, i asked about the medicine, tge girl on the counter went to tge pharmacist and said about my medication, the pharmacist just literary said she cant give it now tell her to come Tomorrow, oh ya, my GP told me to take the medicine as soon as possible, i double checked through phone also, but she was denying to give me. Then i had to said it loud that i called u guys 40 min before and u told me to come as u have the medicine now why u are denying to give me. Then they handed over me the medicine.its seems like beign polite will not work rather raising voice against them will do.
Too many lies on these reviews.. especially about the pharmacist. This is a great pharmacy and always excellent service! They receive horrendous abuse and something should be done about that.
Appalling. Been going here for a long time now and it’s always been hit and miss but I’ve always just let it go over my head knowing a pharmacists job is far from easy but the past 6+months have been horrific. I was once given medication for somebody else! Completely different name completely different type of medication and I had to take it back. No apologies no thanks absolutely no acknowledgment. The one female pharmacist is simply horrid. Her attitude is awful and she doesn’t have a compassionate bone in her body. All the time, energy and money she must have had to put in to be in her role and this is the reputation she’s made for herself. There are years and years and years of reviews all saying the same thing. It’s about time something was done about it.
Opened later than 10am on a Sunday morning. Waited. Then given wrong advice after a cat bite...advice should have been go straight to A&E. Instead painkillers and a dressing was advised. Ended up in hospital for 3 days due to severe infection.Doctor suggested reporting the pharmacy on this occasion. A previous visit concerning swollen eye allergy was fine, prescribed antihistamine tablets. Different pharmacist.
Not sure why this chemists review score is so rubbish, they've always got the stuff I need even when the other chemists don't have it in stock. Lovely team, massively under appreciated!!!
i told the pharmacist that i’d been prescribed (for free) codeine but this was not working for what i needed it for, so he goes ahead to make me pay £12 for some more codeine. aren’t pharmacists supposed to listen?
The phone was answered promptly on a Sunday afternoon and the pharmacist was very polite and knowledgeable. We collected the prescription later that afternoon and it was very efficient and pleasant.
Very poor service. They give me 9 tabs of antibiotics for my daughter out of 15, and assure I'll get it the next day, but they don't. Again, say they'll get it the next day, or I can pick up from another pharmacy, but I then have to get a new prescription. As they won't give me the original or any receipt admitting their short supply. My daughters antibiotic course is now disrupted, making the entire medication course futile. Absolutely unprofessional!
Takes up to an hour to prepare a prescription so always ring ahead. They regularly don't have basic stock, they take too long to answer the phone and sometimes hang up as soon as they do. Send your prescription to any other pharmacy this is by far the worst one I have encountered. Would give 0 stars if I could.
