Rooms where cost quite small but really nice. If your looking for somewhere close to travel links it's idea. Train goes past often but just leave tv on and you don't hear it. Air con, good tv, shower was nice and warm and very clean. The staff were super helpful. I enjoyed it! Thanks again!

Hotel is in a good place. So close to big ben. And just beside subway. People are so nice and friendly. Rooms are so tiny but it was so clean. And confortable bed. I advice to all. I put video of my window view.

Clean, compact with friendly staff. Checkin was easy. Note there no tea or coffee in rooms nor a restaurant. It's in the corner opposite Lambert North tube so easy to get to. I found the room too small but my colleagues room was slightly bigger. Lovely comfy bed! Slept ok but traffic woke me 6am. Shame no where to work in the hotel or desk in rooms.

We’d read that the rooms were small, and yes, ours was compact, with a tiny bathroom but both were just big enough, clean and comfortable, and great for our one night stay. The room is thoughtfully equipped and laid out to best utilise the space, with universal sockets with both USB and USB-C ports meaning we didn’t need our Spanish adapter plugs. There’s air conditioning, a large TV, a hairdryer, and even four mirrors in that small space, with a full-length one on the door. Though there’s no wardrobe, there are several wall hooks with hangers, plus a folding table and chair. As we were only staying one night we booked a windowless room on floor -1, and it was absolutely fine - not at all claustrophobic. Being on floor -1 we could hear the underground, but it stopped by 00:30. The bed’s really comfortable and we both had a really good night’s slept that we weren’t aware that the underground had started again at 5 am. The staff were friendly and helpful, and whilst the hotel doesn’t serve its own breakfast, they collaborate with a nearby cafΓ© where their guests get 10% off.

Was the first room I stayed at on my recent trip to England. The room was pretty small (had a single room). But the bed was very comfortable and very clean. Just the perfect place to stay for a short time. The shower was really very hot. I, in general, prefer hot showers but this one nearly burned me. The lowest temperature was ok but still hot.

Great location, room was smaller than expected. Had plenty of amenity. We probably wouldn't stay again as the room was too small, but cheaper for an excellent location. Worth staying if on a budget.

We had a wonderful stay at the Point A hotel. The staff is very friendly and the room is clean and compact. The location is amazing if you want to see many things within London because it is nearby the London Eye and it is a two minute walk to the Underground. We will definitely come back!

Very friendly staff and a good location for Waterloo station, Westminster, the South Bank and the Imperial War Museum. The rooms are small but that is what you expect from Point A, and they are very comfortable and well appointed. It is a popular hotel but I wasn’t disturbed by any guests after lights out. The Costa below is a good spot for breakfast and I think they are twinned with a local pub for dinner options.

The rooms are incredibly small, however they are well designed and functional. There are many shelves and hooks around the room to place all your essential items. The air con and mood lighting was an added bonus. Check-in was quick and staff at reception always helpful and friendly.
