   Such a fantastic positive experience at Asda Huyton Pharmacy today. I was referred here by my GP. The Practice manger who carried out my consultation Rumbi was absolutely fantastic. The entire pharmacy team are extremely supportive and so very efficient. Always happy to help and offer advice. Thank you so much Adsa Huyton Pharmacy and a HUGE thank you to Rumi.

   As of January 2025 they close for 30 mins at 12:30 and 4:30 Monday - Saturday. These seem to be local ad hoc hours not stated on their website.

   Helen and her staff amazing I dont feel people understand how much there workload is and how much pressure there under when I go to my my meds people can be so rude towards them it’s upsets me The girls are amazing will help with any thing they can Helen the main pharmacist wow what a woman she is amazing knows her job very well and with out her and the girls I don’t think asda pharmacy would be the way it is amazing and I would also have to go else where as they make you feel so at home while waiting Thanks all you do for me I wish I could do things for you also David Williamson

   I went to Asda Pharmacy Huyton for paediatric Benylin. When I asked for it or an available alternative was simply told ‘no’. Child is too young. I was confused as my grandson has been taking it. It wasn’t up for discussion, as the lady started serving the chap behind me. On leaving the pharmacy I saw Benylin +3 mths on the shelf, which I took to the checkout. Not great service I’m sure you’ll agree.

   After Doctors send prescriptions over, only takes them a day to get all my medication together, I have 19 items. Everything is always there. The only complaint I have is waiting time, queues for pharmacy can be long, need more counter staff, I have been for over 45 minutes waiting to be served.

   Awful wouldn't use chemist again they rang me to say I owed them for items on my prescription asking me what they had given me and that I had not paid for all the items I gave them what they asked me for it was there mistake made me feel like I'd robbed them I thought they was going to tell me they had given me the wrong tablets disorganised

   They don't seem to cope well when the pharmacy is busy. Staff seem to have no sense of urgency and will take ages doing inane tasks while queues build up.

   Staff always go the extra mile to deliver high quality caring services to their customers. They appreciate that some complaints require very confidential, quiet and compassionate assistance. They provide this easily. In addition to their very professional approach they also have a great sense of humour and fun which cheers customers, nothing is too much trouble for this hard working team, excellently led by their manager Helen.. I have used this service for over six years and recommend to my friends and family who all use this service.
