“I went to asda huyton to the pharmacy I suffer with backpain so I don't walk around shops anymore unfortunately. I grabbed some bits from the chemist aisle and went to self checkout. A young fella came to me and asked if I was OK as I was in pain he offered me a chair if I needed to sit he was so nice and helpful. I asked his name when I had finished his name is Warren. “Come here to pick prescription up weekly. This week after over 300 failed calls to my GP I asked the pharmacy could they help with emergency inhaler as mine had ran out and I could not breathe. They gave me clear instructions on what to do and was able to provide me the essential inhaler needed for asthma. The staff in here especially nonya (sorry if spelt wrong) help me stay alive week by week by making sure all my essential medications and all medication I'm prescribed is in stock for when I go to collect. Could not be anymore grateful.”

“We had to sadly attend on a Sunday morning emergency with our boy Kolo. He was very unwell, but PDSA and the vet and veterinary nurse were just amazing. We had to put kolo to sleep, but they were so kind and considerate and everything I had always dreaded happening never happened. It was so peaceful and kind and humane, I will appreciate that vet forever. Thank you”
