   This is purely for the people who need it: if you are prescribed daridorexant COME TO THIS PHARMACY! They keep it in stock when almost no other pharmacy does, it took one day for it to be ready (vs nearly a week in others). truly a life saver

   If could give zero stars I would Ordered online through their app some vitamins worth over £30 I got a message saying parcel ready to collect Get there, parcel not here, apparently been sent to wrong adress and they told me in shop to contact customer service (after faffin me about 1st, "go to the ) till" "no go to the chemist area and ask there" " no go to the cash till it's not here"...no come back in 20 mins...) spent over 40-50 mins in total and still not got it Customer service now says I bought it in "marketplace" and they dont deal with it cos they are the middle person? (Well, I bought this on YOUR website so maybe make it more clear and take more responsibility?!) DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT SAYS MARKETPLACE!!!! Its a joke. They still "sorting it out" and been 3 weeks, so I guess I can kiss my money and my pills goodbye Shame cos otherwise I liked this shop

   What has happed to this awful service from pharmacy in Huyton Superdrug it’s gone from being a reasonable chemist to being a disgrace after ordering prescription for many years this year it’s dire complaints constantly by customers I am now complaining myself for months I dispite ordering my repeat prescription giving at least 7days notice when calling for it I have had to wait 40mins on 3 occasions for it , but today I call in for it again & dispite them receiving it on the 24th June I call in on the 29th & they have not got any in stock they have had 5 days to order it but not done ! I now have been told they will order it today & it should be here on Monday but no garantee it will be here !!!! As I get these tablets every month from this pharmacy & have do for years there is no excuse I am very angry , as I only have 2tablets I won’t have any left on Monday but I was told I can ring 111 for an emergency prescription this is not good enough !!!

   Superdrug Huyton were giving a really good service. Until they changed hands. Now they are not very good. Don't answer their phone. No longer have a delivery driver. People are told their mads are ready then are left up to an hour waiting in the shop for them to be prepared.

   Lovely staff. The girls are always pleseant and happy to help. Bargains on the clearance are always a good buy too. Only thing I can fault is one member of staff and the security guard will profile customers and the security guard will follow and stand next to customers who he is watching. Making customers very uncomfortable. Even when your not the one he is watching. I know a few girls that will no longer shop in their and a few other shops due to security behaviour colling them around. Other than that brilliant shop
