“I am currently studying my Qualsafe Level 3 Certificate in Emergency Response Ambulance Driving (RQF) CERAD with IMT Medical, i have found the initial communication from booking the course stress-free and pre course learning materials sent out in adequate time to read prior to the first day. The theory side in the classroom has been easy to understand with various presentations and videos which cater for all learning styles (I am a kinesthetic learner) the trainer understood each individual learning style which I found very beneficial. The practical driving side was firstly demonstrated by the instructor on several occasions each time a new section was to be covered which allowed for me to understand fully what was required and how to achieve the end goal. At the end of each drive you would be asked how you feel it went, any actions points that I took from it followed by feedback from other learners and finally the instructor. We had the pleasure of an IQA visiting for the day and this was good to see that the company care about the level and detail of tuition provided. When the time arrived after assessment for suitability to drive on blue lights again the instructor covered various theory and practical demonstration prior to the first blue light training drive. We have covered thousands of miles and visited places that I would never had the chance or would have thought to visit, beaches in Wales to other picturesque places across the UK! I would like to say a big thankyou to Chris Hood our instructor for the entire course for this calm and professional tuition and experience which you can see throughout the course delivery. If you are thinking about doing your CERAD this is the company for you!”

“I'm writing a review for my mum Sally Morris. My mum was a previous patient at EvoDental getting upper implants 12 years ago. She decided to go ahead with lower implants at an advanced age. From the initial consultation, everything was explained very clearly and the risks clearly outlined. In the end she couldn't have the implants due to some complications with her health. She was worried that she would incur some financial responsibility with her contract and the pre-op visits. EvoDental were fantastic, concurred with her decision not to go ahead and refunded all her money. I was with her for the final consultation and I can't rate them highly enough, from the dentists (I'm sorry i only got Dr Amar's and Verity's name, to the receptionists to the people who dealt with the money side, everybody was thoroughly professional but also exhibited a very human touch. “Come here to pick prescription up weekly. This week after over 300 failed calls to my GP I asked the pharmacy could they help with emergency inhaler as mine had ran out and I could not breathe. They gave me clear instructions on what to do and was able to provide me the essential inhaler needed for asthma. The staff in here especially nonya (sorry if spelt wrong) help me stay alive week by week by making sure all my essential medications and all medication I'm prescribed is in stock for when I go to collect.
