Terrible staff and floor manager I have ever seen across! Staff can be attack be careful! Any Wetherspoon's is x10 times better and safe. Pay over 3k annually for every house, but staff/manager can judge and threaten in blind cam areas you. Reason just when ignored him ego

Something’s definitely changed at this gym over the past year. The team feels all over the place — a bit unstable and inconsistent — and the vibe that used to feel cool and effortless now just feels kind of unkept and messy. There’s no uniform, so half the time I’ve got no idea who actually works there. The changing rooms don’t seem to get cleaned properly anymore, and I’ve started avoiding the steam room completely. It used to feel premium; now it just feels neglected. We used to have a really good connection with the management team, but that’s gone too. The only visible changes seem to be more expensive classes and some new bumper plates, which honestly feels a bit pointless. The gym floor’s dirty, cluttered, and a bit of a trip hazard, and the retail area looks like a mini Holland & Barrett — no edge, no curation, just random products. It’s a shame, because this place used to have such a good atmosphere. Not sure what’s going on, but it really feels like the team doesn’t care anymore, and that’s why I’ve left.

Located in the trendy Shoreditch area as the name suggests this house is in an old warehouse has a slightly more industrial feel compared to the other London houses. Inside the house is over 2 floors with a separate gym on the 4th floor (members only) unfortunately. Lots of room for sitting and chatting as well as dining area on 5th floor while the 6th floor has rooftop pool and another restaurant which serves pretty good Japanese fare. There is also table tennis and games area on the 5th floor. Food is pretty standard for SH and plenty of choice. Not stayed in the rooms so cannot comment on this and not used the cowshed spa which is also located downstairs. I have always found the staff to be helpful here and the vibe is very relaxed with a you get crowd generally compared to say 180 house. Pool is great in summer and even in winter is heated to enough to not feel cold when swimming. This is also I would say the most child friendly house in London with kids events often and a dedicated area for kids on Saturday and Sunday. Be aware though that all Soho House pools in London and I think generally worldwide require a child membership for kids to use them or to be a hotel guest.

Visited Shoreditch House for a business meeting with someone who has membership. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and polite. The building was tidy, well presented and welcoming. I didn’t stay over so I’m unable to comment on their rooms. Easy to get to from either Liverpool Street station or Shoreditch High Street overground station.

We have visited several times as it is our most convenient house to access. Even better since the recent renovation. The pool area gets very busy on hot days so if you want a bed, aim to be there early. Food is always good and service has notably improved over the last 12 months. The rooms are a delight to stay in.

Can’t comment on the quality of the rooms, but we were told after the bar’s closing time that we couldn’t order another drink as the bar was now closed, yet the two parties either side of us were able to order entire rounds of drinks with no issue after this exchange. We were not offered an explanation or told why these groups were exempt from the closing time, and when we let the staff know that we would appreciate a bit more transparency around who could order after closing time and why, staff flat out ignored us and pretended we weren’t there! This was also a cordial after work drink where we were causing no fuss at all, so it wasn’t a case of staff refusing to over-serve customers (which of course would be within their rights). Completely ruined the atmosphere and it’s clear that they pick and choose the people who get a welcome reception.

Probably gauche to write a review of Shoreditch House. We came on a snowy Sunday with some friends. Great atmosphere with fires roaring and cool art on the walls. The food and wine were decent, we had vegetarian Wellington. Highlights were the roasties and Yorkshire pudding.

The food we initially wanted wasn't available. By the time we found alternatives, the kitchen had closed, and we could only order pizza. The selection of cocktails wasn't amazing, and we had to modify the recipe in order for them to be enjoyable. A good consolation, however, is that our server, Callum, did a great job. Enthusiastic service with a smile. Menu needs help.

I used to be a member but recently cancelled. It's always very busy and the security working there are unbelievably rude. I go there to relax and use the amenities, but several times I have been left feeling anxious due to the security talking down to me or treating me like a child "can't do that", "can't do this", in the most patronising of tones. I have since started a membership elsewhere who have just been lovely, welcoming, and generally fantastic.

Quite a young house in general and not my fave of the group BUT Pen Yen rooftop restaurant is one of the best places I've ever eaten. The food is incredible.
