Came here for some food before a gig at the dome. I had a coke, and a burger. My husband had chicken with some sort of BBQ sauce thing. And 2 appletisers. Cost Β£55! The prices are insane they really are. The burger could have done with more seasoning. Also, the salt on the table is not actually salt. It's that Lo Salt stuff and absolutely ruined my meal putting it on my chips. It tasted chemically. I got our lovely server to try some and he also said it didn't seem like it was salt either. Service was good and we did tip the lad as he was really nice and helpful.

We had a really great experience here! Jeffrey was very polite, friendly, and attentive, he made sure we were comfortable the whole time. My family and I came from abroad, and we were pleasantly surprised by how warm and welcoming the staff were. The food was tasty, reasonably priced, and served well. Despite seeing some negative reviews, our visit was honestly excellent from start to finish. The service, food, and atmosphere all exceeded our expectations. Definitely deserving of a solid 5 stars!

The boys birthday choice & we all enjoyed the new menu & of course the service. Alex was great with food suggestions as I said the menu was new. He also arranged a more subtle birthday celebration for my 11 year old.

Ordered potato skins and mac and cheese for delivery. Mac and cheese is advertised as a main and costs Β£8.99. The picture actually makes it look better than it was the portion was absolutely minuscule and I’ve had it in the restaurant and you get way more than that. I understand delivery can be different but for Β£8.99 that portion size was disgusting. I wouldn’t have minded that the delivery charge was Β£5 if the food was okay. It was all freezing cold as well. Do not order delivery the price is disgusting for the quality.

Service polite and friendly. Food was poor and expensive. Hot dog (Β£13.50) was ok but sweet potato fries (Β£4.50) were over cooked, and pit beans (Β£6.99) were tepid. Smash burger (a basic burger Β£18.65 with fries) was soaked in beef dripping, not great. Sum up, service fine, food poor and expensive.

We went to tgi Fridays in Doncaster for a birthday meal for one of my fiance's sons. We arrived a little before the pre-booked time and the place was buzzing with a good atmosphere. We had a 20 minute wait at the bar before we were seated but it was exceptionally busy for a Saturday evening in January. We were seated and some of our party ordered starters, I didn't have one but those who did agreed they were very good. The main course was all good and I ordered the towering inferno burger which was excellent. Myself and my partner shared a Sunday for dessert which was a little sickly but very enjoyable. Our waitress was excellent and helpful and friendly, the restaurant is clean and modern with plenty of car parking space. The prices are on the high end but it reflects in the quality of the food.

We arrived without a booking (2 adults 2 children) but the hostess managed to squeeze us in despite it being really busy. We were seated swiftly, we ordered drinks right away that arrived quickly, the server informed us of items missing from the menu (as they’d been so busy) I ordered the chicken quesadilla and topped chips, which were delicious and fresh! My friend had a chicken burger and the children had 2 kids meals all thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you.

I visited as a solo diner on a very hot Thursday evening. I had booked ahead although when I arrived it was clear I didn’t need to. If you’ve been to one TGI you’ve been to them all. This one is located on a leisure park surrounded by other eateries, a bowling alley, a cinema and loads of free parking and has the obligatory yellow New York taxicab outside. I was soon seated and served. I went for the wings as a starter which were OK followed by some ribs. Both were messy, tasty and kind of what you expected them to be. This is still a chain restaurant after all. I finished off with a couple of cocktails (well they were on offer). I got the impression from chatting with the manager (who was the one that seated me initially) that they were slightly down on staff that evening however my waitress was friendly, on the ball and made sure my beer never ran dry. I noted the table next to me seemed to be the customer from hell but she held her cool and dealt with them in a really professional way and didn’t ignore me or any of her other customers. Well played. At the end of my meal my waitress had just clocked off for the night so it was somebody different helped by the manager who cleared my table and got me my bill. It’s always good to see a manager getting involved and not just hiding in the office barking orders. It makes a huge difference to the staff and as a customer, you can really feel the different in attitude and service. So good food and good service on a Thursday evening. Not cheap and not gourmet dining but you expect neither of these things with TGI so it delivered exactly what it said on the tin. A good night out.

Love it here. like i love all TGI's, The staff are lovely and they have a great personality. the price is resonable depending on what you get id always go for something that is more than just a burger so you get the best out of the expirance, the sesame seed chicken becuase that is amazing.

Great meal here today, friendly staff, quick service. Garlic chiabatta was a little burned but everything else was brilliant. New menu doesn't include my favorite burger so I had the jack daniels chicken strips while my wife had a salad.
