   Kind lady attended me and offered the Boots Advantage Card. It's a physical card which is very handy for globe trotters, as Google Play does not allow you to download certain apps, until you live a certain amount of time in a country and you can miss good offers if the retailer only works with an app.

   Staff are a disgrace, keep you waiting whilst they chat amongst themselves and don't even acknowledge you're there. Just so rude. Don't try and get through on the 'phone either, no chance.

   It's a brilliant, well managed boots, that seem to have an genuine love and care ethos, which is reflected through all of the staff, great for asking questions, help and general advice, and especially great with vulnerable customers, I've witnessed them go above and beyond alot. Really professional and very caring

   The staff are really nice but when you go for dinner they always tun out of one of the meats, and if your not getting a carvery you have to wait for ages for the food. Had to ask for refund the other day, waited a hour for a cheese and tomato bagget
