   Just been in to collect a prescription an they all stood at the back of the chemist talking for over 10 minutes an no one came to see what I needed or anything! Terrible service today, wow.

   This pharmacy has to be the most useless in the area. I used to let them pick up my prescriptions and fill them, but there was always mistakes and several visits to sort things out. The phone is never answered. I am physically disabled, so traipsing backwards and forwards is a hardship alone. I decided it was easier to pick up the script and drop it off myself. That wor8for a while

   I just wanted to share my experience with this pharmacy especially the male head pharmacist who works there. I had been having problems with my GP not listening to concerns about my 3 year old daughters health and I went into this pharmacy very distressed practically begging for help and the pharmacist (I didn’t catch his name) was extremely helpful, listened to all the symptoms my daughter had been experiencing for weeks on end and gave me a step by step on what to do next and how to seek the help my daughter clearly needed. I left the pharmacy feeling very reassured and listened to and followed his advice. Luckily my daughter is fine and has a diagnoses of possible celiac disease which is easily managable. I went back to the pharmacy today to update him on how my daughter is doing and to personally thank him for his care and most importantly the care he showed towards my daughter. Nothing but admiration for him. Great great place.

   Updated review... Always closing at lunch times but Google says that it's open. Gone 2 weeks now without medication and they don't answer the phone. I was literally at the door when a lady said 'closed for lunch' when Google said open till 6pm. You're a pharmacy, not a doctors. People need their meds and majority when you're 'on lunch' Take it in turns like a normal business, people are more important than your sandwiches.

   It seems like they change their stuff a lot and close the shop every chance they got. They make mistakes on our prescription often. Only reason we go there because they close to Shotton lane GP which they are a joke on their own. I suppose whole medical system in UK is the biggest f....ed up institution.

   Nightmare. Staff just stare at you while your waiting to be 'seen' by one of them, and there are at LEAST usually 3-4 of them. Then it's "oh, we don't have your prescription, try the doctors next door", then you go the doctors and they say "no, the pharmacy should have it" and then this continues to happen, going back and forth, even AFTER you've been told about a week BEFORE that it's "ready". And THEN when you DO go to pick up your prescription, guess what? That's right, it's NOT ready! And you're told to wait anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour!?!?! Yeah, mega frustrating place, and that's putting it nicely...

   Rude staff is an understatement. I was told my prescription would be available Monday. I was completely out of my medication and urgently needed it Monday. I went first thing Monday morning as i was working in the afternoon. I was told sorry Monday morning is hectic come back after 12. I explained I was working and could not miss a dose as it would make me ill. The staff member went to see the pharmacist who shouted " what does he expect ten past nine on a Monday morning" beyond rude and unprofessional. A pharmacy to have staff who use this abusive tone is unbelievable!!! If i was told Monday after 12 I could have arranged for someone to collect it. Reading similar reviews on here obviously something needs dealing with.. obviously don't care as nobody has responded to any reviews
