   Awful service changed to here because I've moved really slow service prescription never ready apparently it takes 4 days 2 for doctors 2 for them load of crap plus never got my medication have to order it

   NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS they say they'll help on the door step so I'm ment to speak with pharmacist about private medical things in the street then meant to handover my card for them to take inside and trust they'll only take what item costs letting my card out of sight were it could be used or cloned without my knowledge was told they can't have a portable ramp as it would lead on to the road despite it being a very wide pavement my opticians is a few shops up and they have a portable ramp It's 2024 and a chemist of all places isn't accessible next nearest chemist is about a 20-30min ride by wheelchair

   Been to the chemist today to pick up prescription to be told its not there. That's fine, although person there, spoke to me in a very snooty manner, no need to ralk to customers in this way with this tone at all, a little bit of polite customer service would go a lot further when talking to people about their medication.

   Such helpful and friendly staff. Phoned in advance and medication was put to the side for my poorly baby. They even brought it out to the car as he'd finally fallen asleep. Thank you so much

   I have used this chemist for around 10 years now. I have to collect my monthly medication there. On the whole I have found the team to be friendly and helpful even during the darkest days of covid. Often get my flu jab done there too. Although this is part of a large chain I feel very much like this is a community store and I appreciate that element greatly .
