We walked in on a Saturday evening as a table of 6 and were put in a table for 4 people. Once we were seated, we waited for service for 15 minutes. At this point, one of us approached the bar to ask when we will be served and the staff then conferred with each other before deciding we would have to go to the bar to order. We were paying individually and after the first order went through, the girl taking the order left while there were no other staff taking order on the bar, leaving 6 of us waiting. Following this, we eventually all managed to get our orders in. Once the orders were in and we had our drinks, we returned to our cramped table and had a chat until the food arrived. We decided it would be fun to guess how many wings one of us could eat, after the 50 wings arrived, so we kept count. The 50 wings were in fact 40 wings. We raised this issues with the staff who went to the kitchen and return with the news "the chef is sure he put 50 wings in". We counted the wings again, and there were not 50 wings. We meantioned it again and were met with stun silence. The service was amongst the worst I have experienced in a restaurant and it's a shame because the food was good. The 2 vegitarians of the group had a lovely meal and all in all there were no complaints about the food, outside of the lacking ability to perform basic maths and then the inability to even consider that someone who has eaten 40 wings wouldn't bother lying about the amount of wings they had. It was absolutely absurd. After we had finished food, I went to the toilet and was met by a lot of bugs flying around and covering the false woodwork on the wall and in the corner of the toilet. Only one picture attached as I did not want to be in there long enough to take more pictures and at this point I was so fed up with how the service had been, I just wanted to leave. On our way out of the restaraunt, we were met with silence, no "goodbye" or "thanks for coming" which solidified the far below average dining experience. Overall, this is a solid avoid. The staff seem under experienced and a bit lost when it comes to base level customer service. Very dissapointing.

Booked late night brunch for 6. The food is nice (it wasn't to my taste but everybody else liked my food and theirs so im going from that). Drink service was fantastic and the selection of drinks is incredible. We had a small problem with the bill due to a mistake, but after messaging on the social media this was rectified in a timely manner and the amount owed refunded to me as soon as they were made aware. Would definitely recommend for a brunch, probably one of the best ive done in sheffield

We arrived for a 21st birthday celebration, the owner/manager was an absolute legend and treated us like royalty! The food and cocktails are excellent, coming from London the quality and value is unlike anything we have seen! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! We had the Slow Joe and Wagu Burger and both were excellent. The staff are so friendly and attentive, no waiting for drinks in bottomless brunch, at no point did we not have at least one drink! Thanks again to all!

We rebooked with firepit after a short staffed day, the management team are brilliant and understanding. Staff were friendly and welcoming, constantly bringing drinks and checking in. Allergies and accessibility requests were accommodated, no questions asked. The bar was reasonably busy with good music. The food was hot and brought quickly. At one point we turned down drinks as we couldn’t keep up. Before we had even sat down our drinks order had been taken. We had multiple well made cocktails, shots and bottles of Prosecco. We did the level 2 bottomless brunch. 100% would return and recommend. Thank you firepit team.

Wonderful place to go!! Definitely more for the younger generation to go. We had a mixed sharing platter with loaded nachos, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings and a selection of dips. We also shared the burger topped fries which tasted amazing!! Absolutely loved sharing dinner and playing on the Switch with my fiancé, it made a lovely evening out. Will definitely be coming back for our date nights!!

Went for a bottomless brunch and the service was excellent, I would recommend adding more drinks to the menu for more choices.

We went for the bottomless brunch a month ago and it was good and the speed we got the drinks was excellent. However I was really disappointed in the lack of vegetarian options and I thought my waffle and fruit was pretty dismal with only one strawberry on it. The cocktails tasted good but given that none of us felt even slightly drunk after couldn’t have had much alcohol in.

As an American, all I can say is AVOID. Is another disappointing place that slaps an American flag up and claims is American food. Good music and decor. Drinks were ok - staff did not know how to mix any of the drinks on the menu and couldn’t make anything not on the menu. There were 4 bar staff, but only one guy trying to serve all meals. Very poorly organised and run. Granted it was a Saturday visit we pre-booked a table for 7:15 & were required to preorder our meals. Got there it was empty, but the restaurant was chaos. There was a member of staff laid in our booth that another staff member had to chivvy out so we could sit. They didn’t seem to know we’d preordered - waited over an hour for our food which once it was delivered was all below subpar. The waffles were the prepackaged sugar Belgian waffles. The bacon was slimy and still breathing, egg overcooked, cheap Richmond sausage, and all of it covered in chip seasoning. The menu states it comes with butter and maple syrup, but they said they hadn’t ordered any when they did their food order. (There’s a Tesco across the road) My companions meals were all overcooked and well over salted. I mean, peeling the breading off the chicken strips and the chicken was still salty… I mean, I know America’s a hot mess right now, but serving a cremated ‘American dream’ meal is a bit of overkill. We were offered a discount and a free round of drinks. No amount of alcohol can make up for that salty burnt atrocity and the discount was an insult. Just paid and left as soon as possible. Think we’ll return? No thanks.

We had pre-ordered our food and our table was booked for 7.15pm, we still hadn't got our food an hour and 15 minutes later even though we kept asking how long it was going to be there was just excuses. When we said if it does not come in next 10 minutes we were leaving, it miraculously arrived at the table. What they served was a dogs dinner , the amercan dream was far from it.. first mouthful was just pure grissle ..why would u serve it, horrific. Put me off rest of the food, everything was far to salty . The waffles that were supposed to be served with butter and maple syrup were not because they had ran out yet there is a supermarket over the road. You could tell it had just been sat on a hot plate keeping warm for a while, and a lot of it was just burnt. We got a discount and we were offered a free round of drinks but no-one came to ask what we would like so we left after paying. There was another large party of diners booked in at the same time but the kitchen couldn't cope with that amount of food orders at the same time so why allow booking and pre-ordering if it wasn't prepared for when you arrive at your tables. All in all a not very pleasent experience and we would not recommend

Not the best Games booth wasn’t working and didn’t tell us when I specifically asked in booking so we could have gone somewhere else. Ran out of wings by 8.15pm… criminal offence really…!!! Service was slow but that’s probably because it’s a Saturday. Drinks ok, cocktails we had was quiet nice. Food was not great . My wife’s Nashville burger looked dry and wasn’t the best but probably better than my ribs which were overcooked. Wouldn’t go here again.
