    Owner tried to scam us by giving us another room 30 minutes away. After a lot of phone calls we got the room we booked but we had to walk all the way back again. No towels, no extra toilet paper. Heater only went on when the owner was home and we couldnt turn it off at night so the person sleeping at the heater side was feeling too hot all the time. I know London is expensive but this room is way overprised for the room/service you get. The location was perfect for us though.

    Disgusting. Do not stay here. Complete chaos to find the place because first they send you to another address (40 min walking from there) then they let you outside the apartment for half an hour. Finally you get a dirty room, we ended up full of bites of insects, disgusting bathroom. The guy that gave us the keys was partying all night downstairs, so no sleeping for us... we couldn't pay with our card, they only accept cash! so the guy politely invited us to go to the ATM, when it says in Booking that they accept card... nothing good about that place..

    So hard to find, staff terrible, hard to contact staff and collect the keys. Also only take cash. Worse place I've stayed at on my trip around London, would not recommend to anyone!!

    Smells like mold, piles of garbage in the front, beds sheets not changed if you don t argue with them, the manager say it s a favor to get you the room after 5 hours of waiting in the street.

    In the room there are bedbugs, for those who never heard about it , they are kind of instect that live in the matress and during the night they come out and bite you . I woke up with my body covered of bites!!!! And then I've found a bedbug in my luggage. I had to wash everything before moving to an other house because they can hyde in your clothes and cases. So avoid this hostel !!!

    1st impression, address is wrong, it's 24 not 30, rude African woman on stair when we went in "get in, shut door, why you here" rude cleaner said "YOU PAY BY CASH NOW! SPEAK TO JONATHAN!" I imagine this place would resemble a lower class brothel. It was dirty and mould ridden, there was approximately 2 years of dust under the bed and an oasis juice bottle under bed that did not belong to us, reminants of cannibis in drawers, writing on the walls in a different language, broken wardrobes, noisy radiator semen sprayed over the walls behind the beds headboard. The duvet was blood stained and we where too scared to ask anyone for assistance as the place was literally a dump and we where too scared that we would get stabbed if we asked for assistance. the TV did not work as it was not plugged in nor was there a cable for it , the shower was rancid and the handle was falling off the door. The man in the next room kept putting used toilet tissues in bin instead of toilet (covered in faecies) I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS IN MY LIFE! It really ruined our time do not recommend this place at all, smoke alarms appear disabled so people can smoke cannabis in stair and rooms etc.
