   I'm currently living here after being homeless. The staff are friendly but some of them tend to look down on you, knowing that you've come from a rough background and act a certain way towards you. When I moved in, my wardrobe was damaged with a missing door handle and the sink was blocked. I reported it and was sorted about a week later but the wardrobe was not fixed properly and still has no door handle today. The rooms are very depressing and look no different from police cells. The windows are filthy and so are the curtains. The bed is very uncomfortable. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. The whole building has a depressing feel to it and has a weird smell. I really can't wait to get out of here to be honest.
