Small single bed. Room narrow and small. No lift so 4 floors to climbs. Bathroom was down the hall and you get a key for your room door. All strange. For 100. Not bad.

Only stayed one night for the Royal Albert performance on Wednesday. Chose it for the closeness and the price. Staff was friendly and explained the protocol of entering code as staff leave at 10pm. My room was on third floor so a lot of stairs and it was nice double bed, desk, tv and ensuite bathroom. A fan eas in my room and did help somewhat keeping me cool. The bed was comfortable. Maintenance is needed as one the lights wasn't working and the showerhead could you descaing. But all in all somewhere just get your head down and I was off home the next morning. So I would recommend if your seeing a performance at the Royal Albert Hall like and great location with all the museums and shopping down the road.

In a good location for Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Might be cooler in cooler weather but was like a Sauna. Barely slept a wink. Staff are friendly and got me a Desk Fan but did nothing in a Heatwave. Hotel needs abit of decorating.

Stayed for one night as we were going to the Royal Albert Hall for a gig. Good prompt reception, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Great location if you're visiting and sightseeing. (short walk from the tube). Would definitely use again. Only four stars for the room cos it was up 4 flights of stairs.

Good location, friendly staff, really cheap for services they provide, clean rooms with breakfast included. Recommending

Really very basic. Bathroom was clean. Kitchen is very old and I donβt recommend using it on your own. Breakfast is very basic and when there are several guests, not large enough to seat them all. Walls and floors are super thin, which is not nice with loud neighbours

Didn't even stay after seeing the state of the room. I get its cheap for London, but my god. The whole building stank of paint and the floor the ceiling window in the room was jammed open by the bed. The glass in the window was cracked and so was the wall. Wouldn't have paid Β£5 to stay there. Left immediately and stayed elsewhere.

The location is great, however frankly thatβs the only advantage of the place. Thereβs little to no water pressure in the upstair bathrooms, nor warm water. The breakfast consisted of toast, butter and jam.. everyday. Although, these werenβt the biggest issues as we got BEDBUGS! The staff claimed to clean and sterilize our rooms after our complaints, however they only changed the bedsheets. Several of us got bedbug bites during our stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Stayed here for a week with my class. A lot better than expected. Friendly and helpful staff, ideal location (three museums, a supermarket, and an underground station within 5 minutes of walking distance). Owners evidently care about hygiene, immediately sterilizing all of our beds when one of my classmates developed a rash while sleeping. However, the rooms we stayed in were fairly cramped (3 bunk beds per room and a single fridge and TV set to share) and the infrastructure leaves things to be desired: there were plumbing issues, meaning there was no cold water on the ground floor, and there's no elevator, which made carrying the luggage of my classmates to the fourth floor that much more difficult. Overall, if you need affordable shelter for a large group of people who don't mind sharing fridges and bathrooms and who don't have a lot of luggage, this hostel should get the job done just fine.
