   I visited this place after hearing it was the best dessert spot in the UK, even travelling all the way from Manchester to try it. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The churros were hard and gummy, the cookie dough barely had any actual dough, it was mostly just chocolate sauce, and the ice cream had no flavour at all. The customer service started off okay, but when our desserts arrived, the server pushed the plate toward me so carelessly that it almost got chocolate all over my coat. Overall, not a great experience.

   Worked here for two months, and received £5 an hour even though being a 18 year old. Three weeks before being terminated they requested I work for £6 as they can’t afford my wages. Owner has no manners of speaking with her staff and treat them horrifically. She continuously swears at them and is the reason no one stays. She messed me around saying her dad was doing the rota and then 3 days in sends me a message of termination. Really has no people skills and is so rude, Please don’t work here as they treat people so badly. Kind regards,

   I’ve ordered from here lots of times and the desserts are always the best, my whole family and I love ordering from here it’s our number 1 choice! Not only do they deliver so fast, make the best brownies we’ve tried and have a big selection, they also gave us an extra box of brownies on the house with an extra scoop of ice cream too with a personalised kind message!! It’s this type of customer service and friendliness that makes the food taste even better because of the love! 5/5 it’s the best!

   Ordered a bubblegum milkshake from here. The staff were friendly, clean place, quick service. I would highly recommend to anyone. Update : tried the sour apple slush. I would recommend people to try this slush out. Indoor dining now available and a lovely place to sit in and a good view as well.
