Hi, I m warning every one don't book this hostel,it's wasting money and time. It's non refundable if you bit late no one's gonna open the door and never response. we went there and I seen builder working inside no room to stay and he said look for somewhere else. it was absolutely horrible. I can't explain everything here...

Bring towels, even though it says they have, he will text you saying they don't have them, don't be there in time because the host won't be there for one hour after. Rat killer traps on the floor of our room and the window doesn't fully close, which makes it hard to sleep with the wind and rain. Bed sheets all used and dirty. No toilet paper. And to top it all of, no Wi-Fi reception in our room (the familiar size one at least), and the shared bathroom shower only had super hot water, and the door doesn't open from inside the actual bathroom, it's pretty awkward if you are by yourself. Pretty confortable bed though. Don't stay here, it sucks

Brilliant value for London. A lovely cleaner comes every day and restocks toilet paper soap etc. Rooms and sheets are clean on arrival with a desk and chairs provided. There is a kitchen and bathroom for every 2 rooms so never a problem with over-crowding. All the negative reviews were clearly expecting a hotel type situation which it is not nor does it claim to be. It's the cheapest room in London and is perfectly fine for the price. My two friends and I stayed in one of the rooms for 3 weeks while we waited for our new house to become available.

Very unclean, dirty bins, dirty shower, dirty floors, dirty windows, everything dirty and a really bad sour, sewage smell, disgusting. The toilet was loose from the floor, furniture all wobbly and falling apart. Check in supposed to be 4pm, did not get in until 6pm. There is no reception, so I text the number just before 4pm, they are supposed to send you a code to get in the door, we got told to wait as someone would be there in half hour. After 50 minutes he text saying another 10 minutes and then it was another half hour. Then after all the time waiting they sent the code-it did not make sense. Then there was a mix up with the rooms, I think they had double booked. We unpacked and went out and when we got back, someone had been in our room and packed all of our belongings away in our bags. Everything was packed, clothes out of the wardrobe, chargers out of wall, toiletries and our towels were missing and an Oyster card gone. I know it was cheap and you get what you pay for, but cheap doesn't mean dirty and smelly. I have stayed in many budget rooms over the years and never experienced anything like this. You should get told how the system works for getting into the property before you make the booking. If I would have known how awkward and annoying it was going to be I would have booked somewhere else.

Very smooth check in procedure and has free wifi but can do better by buying more comfy beds. The beds had awful spring mattresses. Electricity was disconnected during the day (maybe on purpose?), so I couldn't charge my phone inside my room. Way below my expectations.
