This was mine and my partners first time visiting here and we will be definitely be back. The food was amazing; super tasty, and nicely presented, the chefs clearly take pride in the food that they make. The staff were also amazing super welcoming and friendly. The vibe of the place is great. You can definitely see why it gets a lot of people in. ☺️

Lovely place, the staff were super attentive and the food was delicious.... My partner has one of the specials, spinach and pumpkin burger, which she adored. I had chicken and chips, it had some French sounding name that I can't remember for the life of me, but it was outstanding. The atmosphere was very calm and professional, we felt relaxed and kind of at home. I highly recommend this place, I would bet that lots of people come here for dates. Thank you for a great start to our day.

Brilliant spot to eat. I have been here a couple times recently after going for a walk. First of all the staff are lovely and welcoming. The variety of food is great and i ended up choosing off the specials. I had a Korean pork belly and beef burger which was 10/10, can’t recommend highly enough. I’ve also been before and had the breakfast skillet which is also a great fry up. All the food is well priced and good portions. Thanks

I love the old Lancashire and Yorkshire towns so ventured out to Slaithwaite. I’d read reviews of Om Is Where the Heart Is so decided to brunch there. The place was busy with a warm atmosphere and I was immediately greeted by the manager. Smiles, eye contact, professional, welcoming and immediately engaging. I had to wait for 5mins for a table to become available. Once the previous patrons vacated the table was spritzed and sprayed and thoroughly cleaned before I was invited to sit there. I ordered a flat white whilst perusing the menu. OIWTHI has a varied menu. Yes there are the usual staples but also various imaginative offerings too. My coffee arrived and I was ready to order. My server was a young lady called Grace. Again that excellent engaging & confident customer service. Smiles, chat and a cracking sense of humour. Grace taught me how to pronounce “Slaithwaite “ correctly. “Slawit”apparently. She suggested an accompanying side of avocado . Who can resist a little bit of up selling? Good on ya Grace The food arrived. Yes I went for a “staple” as I didn’t have my adventurous head on. Eggs Benny. The tastiest bacon, eggs cooked to perfection and the sauces fresh, homemade and delicious. I did not leave as much as a skerrick on the plate. I asked the manager for the bill and got into another chat. I mentioned the excellent service that Grace had offered and I said, “She’s good”. The manager then informed me that today is Grace’s FIRST DAY!! Wow! You would have never have guessed. She’s a natural. Kudos to you Grace. Keep on doing what you’re doing I have to say that the whole team were full of smiles and genuinely engaged in their roles and just couldn’t do enough for you. I had a lovely experience here and look forward to my next sojourn to “Slawit” Thank you all for making me feel at Om.

Mmmmm, been here a few times now. It's still great but not as good. Service is impeccable and lovely and friendly as always. Great variety on drink options than the 'norm'. This time I had the Croque madame on the Specials board which was very tasty and discovered later very salty but I had a fight with the sourdough, bit too crusty this time. If only they would have other bread options I was thinking..... And also everything is a bit eggy. I love eggs but..... My daughter couldn't choose anything because she's a bit fussy anyway but went with the club sandwich, not a great choice when she has a full set of braces!! Mum loved the Caesar salad though and they were very accommodating when she wanted to take the bacon and croutons out!!!! My feedback was taken appreciatively about the bread Come on Om different bread options or more meals without bread!!! I'll be back when you do.

Would have given it 4.5 star if I could; however felt closer to 5 rather than 4 stars. Great cafe. Loved the ambience. Across the road street parking for several hours which was handy. Staff were exceptional and attentive. However, food was all right 7/10. Loves the mango matcha. Menu quite extensive and would cater for a lot of people. Will have to try other food items on the menu. Also; didn’t really like that you have to prepay your bookings (sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t cancel in advance).
