   very disappointed in size of room and no view of garden despite calling it part of garden suite. room unbearably hot and such a bright light outside kept me awake. loud noises from water pipes from other rooms. tv mounted on side wall so difficult to see. compared to nearby hotels its expensive and doesn't include breakfast. which you couldn't get from museum cafe as there was a show on and no show ticket meant no entry meaing no breakfast ! not such a big deal as the cafe served oatmilk that was undrinkable as it was stale. charging too much for basic student rooms I think.

   The place is 1 minute walk to lidl and Iceland and Anytime fitness Great location Great place from the manager Ola to the all other amazing Staff Dave, Michael and Motzas, they all pay Great attention to the well being of people staying at shuttleworth hotel.

   Honestly you are more safer sleeping in the streets 7days a week it’s one of the most dangerous place in the uk to sleep.the smell inside ohhhhh god so disgusting you need face mask the room are so small you just manage to breath in the mean time if you are a drug addict and alcoholic well it’s right place to be as you can get your shopping with out going out.horrible dirty smelly and very dangerous place because you probably will come cross zombies when you going to your rooms so make sure you well prepared before moving in you need shield vest and all other protection and protective tools

   Whilst most hostels have there problems., This one is no exception , however the rooms are nice..I gotta tell ya folks stay well away from this place it houses the ultimate criminals from drug dealers to peados there are only one nice person there it's not a place where you go and book in your either placed there by the courts or social services so stay well away its constantly visit by the police or ambulances due to overdoses or people being arrested ..the management are nice that's all I can say about this place

   An unsafe, shocking and disgraceful establishment that the local authority use to house vulnerable families and individuals. I wouldn't place a dog in this place. The management are negligent, unscrupulous, money hungry criminals.
