A good place to play pool in Sheffield. However, when it gets busy it can be a bit tight around the tables.
We went into the common room to watch the F1 Grand Prix. We have been into several places to watch previous races in the past but they were lacking in atmosphere. However, the common room was brilliant, a great set up and I was surprised how many came to watch. We will definitely be back to watch further Grand Prix races there! (We didn’t eat there so I can’t review their food )
Previously had a good time in here. Today we were turned away as my friend was wearing black jogger shorts which were deemed too casual. Seems like a strange policy for a sports bar to have at 1pm on a hot Saturday afternoon...
Visited on a weeknight, plenty of seating, friendly atmosphere and bar staff, enjoyed loaded nachos, which was a generous portion, it came hot and was very tasty and a burger with soft drinks, ordered via the QR code on the table, food came quickly. There are screens everywhere that had sports showing, so if you're easily distracted this one's not for you! The venue is accessible by a flight of stairs but the is a wheelchair lift.
Ordered dirty fries, nice & simple. Took around 25-30 minutes to arrive, portion size was good but rest of table had finished eating by the time mine was received, only ate half the order as we found a hair half way though. Not the best on a quiet Sunday.
Great place with friendly staff. My mum left her phone and it was kept safe and sound until it was picked up. Will definitely come back again
Absolutely love this place. Been here several times with friends when we travel up to Sheffield from Birmingham. Such a great venue...loads of pool tables and screens galore perfect for watching sports. would definitely recommend.
Nice place with free WiFi 2 of their own beers on tap and 1 guest beer. They do food. Loads of sports TVs. Friendly service. I wouldn't mind seeing more of their own beers on tap
