   Scene Nightclub… where do I even begin? Called in recently and, for one glorious night, I was 25 years old again — knees cooperating, dance moves questionable, and confidence levels suspiciously high. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was buzzing. Lights flashing, music pumping, people pretending they weren’t going to regret this in the morning — absolutely glorious. The staff were on top form too: friendly, quick on the bar, and somehow managing to smile even while serving half of Lincoln ordering cocktails that definitely weren’t on the menu. Drinks were decent, prices fair, and after a couple of them I suddenly believed I could dance like I did in 2003. Spoiler: I cannot. But Scene is the kind of place where nobody cares — everyone’s too busy living their best life, making new friends in the smoking area and sending messages they’ll regret tomorrow. The DJs smashed it. Proper floor-fillers, sing-alongs, 90s bangers, modern stuff — the lot. At one point I nearly attempted a knee slide, but my adult brain clocked in and whispered, “Try that and you’ll need two weeks off work.” The crowd was a mixture of students, locals, and people like me still convincing ourselves we’re youthful — and honestly, that blend is what makes the place brilliant. No judgement, just pure fun. Overall? Scene is an absolute blast. Loud, lively, chaotic in the best way, and guaranteed to take ten years off your age (emotionally… not physically). If you want a night out where you can dance, laugh, and pretend you’re 25 again, this is your place. Would definitely return — once my legs recover

   We had a great night but the the bouncers were horrible and intimidating an have scared us off from ever coming back.’we had a really good time but the bouncers seemed really rough and nasty and we don’t want to stay at a club with these kind of people

   Great and fun place. Loads of events on every week. The staff is Iver kind and helpful. amazing atmosphere. The smoking area in the back is the best place to chat to loads of people

   An amazing venue! The Scene Queens are lovely, friendly bar and door staff. Panic at the Attic is one of the only alternative nights in lincoln, and I love it ❤️

   The scene used to be the best night out. Recently the security guards victimised my friend saying she was too drunk when she'd had 2 drinks. The security guard was rude, wouldn't even look at her and wouldn't listen to a word anyone said. Completely ruined the safe space of the scene. Won't be going back.
