We held our company Christmas party here, for 70 people on the 9th December, and i just wanted to reach out to say thank you to the Impossible team. From my first enquiry to the final event, Rebecca was great to liaise with. She was efficient and promt in replying to any queries I had. On the night, she met us at the venue to assist us with our set up and everything was ready for us. Rebecca stayed to oversee the food service and then came to say goodbye to me before she left which was a nice touch. the dj (supplied by the venue) was excellent and very good at accepting requests from our team. They also assisted with our AV for our awards ceremony, which was very mich appreciated. Our team had an excellent night, thank you!

Went to the 90’s night expecting a fun throwback, but it was an absolute mess from start to finish. The venue was way overcrowded, to the point where you could barely move, and the queues were ridiculous — 45 minutes to get served. Any excitement about the music was completely killed by the chaos. The staff were rude and unhelpful, acting like customers were an inconvenience rather than people who paid to be there. The bar was especially bad — slow service, disorganised, and then to top it off, we were overcharged for drinks. When questioned the bar manager wrote customer being a ‘Karen’ on the till refund, Instead of calmly fixing the mistake, she was condescending, defensive, and acted like we were the problem. The attitude was unreal. Overall, terrible organisation, awful customer service, and a stressful night that was nothing like the fun 90’s event it was advertised to be. Definitely won’t be returning, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save your money!!

Had a near Xmas booking here with all you can eat and drink and I must say it was perfect. The food was just what we needed and the drinks were fine. Most importantly though the service was amazing. The young lady called miah looking after was brilliant, a real asset to the place. Really friendly and made sure we was well looked after the whole time. Would highly recommend

Avoid this place at all costs. I have never been treated so badly anywhere. I was thrown out without explanation—apparently because “women were complaining,” which makes absolutely no sense. As a gay man, I felt singled out and humiliated. They put me out on the street in the freezing Manchester cold without even letting me grab my jacket. Completely unacceptable. They play Latin American music but don’t seem to want people who actually dance like Latin Americans. The whole experience was a joke—in the worst way.

Came down to support the new ‘Le Disco’ cocktail menu launch and had a great time. The vibes were great and the drinks were even better. Big thank you to Mia for taking the time to recommend her favourites alongside helping me choose what to go for - definitely will be back to try the rest!!

Food tasted and looked like it had come out of a microwave. Customer service was exceptionally poor - a good reflection of staff attitude can be seen in of any response to reviews here under 3 stars. Cleanliness was lacking, curtains towards the top are full of thick dust, so not sure what type of cleaning takes place several times a day, maybe a wipe over with a dirty cloth, as tables were also not the best. Lots of better venues in the near vicinity, would give this one a hard pass.

First visit at this venue and definitely not the last! Atmosphere is incredible and lively and the service efficient! Great cocktail range and I would definitely recommend the Sexy Socialite! The food is delicious and there’s a lot to choose from! Loved every second of our visit and would come back for sure. Xx

Nice outdoor area, quite a bit of room outdoors and there's a Greek stall right next to it where you can buy food. Music was as you expect. Not really a lot of seating or room indoors though but the round booth areas are really nice and comfy. Drinks aren't exactly cheap but that's to be expected. Bar staff seemed quite friendly and experienced too.
