   The apartment was beautiful and in a fabulous location. From the minute you open the front door to the building you know it’s something special and when you walk into the apartment a smile will appear on your face. The apartment is light and bright and new but retains the charm of the original old building. The floor to ceiling windows let in so much light and can be opened to hear the sounds of the city. When they’re closed they block out all the noise. The shutters block out all the light so you can sleep late in the morning if you want to. You are 50 feet from restaurants and shops and a small grocery store. There are only two negatives about this apartment: The internet is extremely slow, as stated in the listing. Also, you only get one bath towel and one smaller towel per person. We were there for five days and had to dry with damp towels every day. I asked for more but was told I would have to pay for them. I think with such a luxury apartment they should supply at least two towels per person.

   We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in Fontane Bianche. The property is modern, spacious, and full of light, with palms and garden lights that create a magical atmosphere in the evenings. The best part was having the beach right behind the garden gate, it felt like our own little paradise. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Its location is perfect for visiting both Fontane Bianche and the stunning city of Siracusa

   The Rosso is a beautiful villa. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grounds are beautiful along with the pool and spa. The stonework throughout makes the entire place feel magical. We also had a chef prepare a meal for us while in the villa and had a cooking class as well. Both recommended by "The Plum Guide" and both were outstanding. The Plum Guide was very responsive throughout the entire booking process. Always quick to respond to questions and offer suggestions. I’d definitely use Plum Guide again!

   We used Plum Guide to find a great apartment in Lisbon, Portugal. The location is really perfect. Not too busy but still very walkable to many areas or to metro and trains if you desire. The apartment is roomy, clean and very comfortable. It is just a few doors down from an Aldi grocery store and several ATMs and several fantastic restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and stay there again.

   Plum Guide was most helpful in providing the information necessary to select our Vacation Home Rental. We especially appreciated the careful selection process Plug Guide uses to offer the most attractive and reliable properties. We also valued the extras like "transparent pricing" notation which was a deciding factor in our eventual choice. Our first exposure to Plug Guide has been a first rate experience that we can heartily recommend.

   Haven't tried their listings yet but their web presentations seems very professional and selections looks high quality properties. Made a reservation but had to cancel due to our schedule changes. Had a website glitches not giving us full refund as it should had. Used their chat tool leaving just a message and the agent took care of it overnight! I'm a ling time Airbnb customer but only 50% happy with their listings. I think I can trust Plum Guide's quality standard by their business ethics. Looking forward to experience their properties in near future!

   WARNING! Don't use Plum Guide. They set us up in overpriced apartment in SOHO that was falsely advertised. Complete misrepresentation. Upon rejecting the place at first inspection they wouldn't return our full deposit for our 2 weeks stay. $10k down the drain. They are just a 3rd party collecting fees and claiming there is an actual "Plum Guide Test". BEWARE of Plum Guide. Is there a Better Business Bureau in Europe to report them?

   Plum offer a great range of properties, all quirky and stylish in their own way. I love that they have critics review the properties rather than leaving it to the mercy of customer reviews. The place me and my friends stayed in in Porto was stunning and we felt assured it'd be a great stay even before we got there due to the high standards of Plum. We were bowled over by our experience
