   The agents themselves were friendly enough. However, there was no flexibility with scheduling viewings. I understand this may have been due to the tenant’s availability, but typically tenancy agreements require tenants to allow viewings with reasonable notice. When I was finally able to view the property, I submitted an offer and began providing the requested details. Unfortunately, communication was very slow where I was receiving only one reply per day. Then, on the day of the last email I received, I noticed the property status had changed to “let agreed,” yet no one had informed me. I tried calling and emailing for clarification but received no response. It was also very difficult to reach anyone else at the agency. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

   PG Estates have been brilliant throughout the process of letting out my house in Islington. From the very beginning, they couldn't have been more informative or supportive about the whole process (thanks Ed) or more competent and switched on when finding tenants (thanks Simrah and Joe) or more helpful when I was navigating the compliance obligations and early teething problems in the tenancy (thanks Akash). It has felt like being part of a team and I'm very grateful to everyone for making it such a smooth process despite various ups and downs along the way.

   We have had an extremely positive experience with PG Estates. We were looking for a new flat to rent over summer and found one with PG Estates. I viewed the flat with Simrah and she was really helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. When we moved in there were a couple of small things that we flagged as needing fixing and they were resolved within days. Would highly recommend PG Estates!

   My partner and I had very positive experiences with PG Estates during our 3 year stay in our rental flat. They've got an intuitive website that lets you submit a repair, and we'd always receive quick responses back (e.g. we had to submit 3 repairs during out 3 years). Their communication was very good in these instances. I'd like to shoutout Akash, Lissy and Lyra, whom we've worked with most. Lyra helped us find replacement tenants really quickly when we moved out, and she was thorough and kind to work with throughout the process. Overall highly recommend PG Estates. I know many estate agents don't have the best reputations, but PG is an outlier and is great to work with

The owner is also on hand if needed to give knowledgeable and intelligent advice on any issues or queries that one may have. I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting a serious and professional management service.
