Lovely flats but: 1) No central concierge resulting in parcel thefts 2) Irresponsible landlords are renting out flats as AirBnbs and tourists are often noisy. It is against the head lease so very sad that is happening. 3) Lots of students sadly leaving mess etc. 4) Poor service from the managing agent and most of the concierges (there are a very few good and helpful ones), most of the concierges are temporary agency workers and have no idea about the current issues

Don’t living this Buidling YOU WILL GET THIS Warning 1. lost parcel from Amazon 1000 times 2. nearest reception need walk 5 mins and u don’t have key to the reception door 3.lift always broken 10 time in 1 month 4. front door broken 5 times year need access from Bin store 5. No manager No apartment manager

Very modern high specs flat. Particularly impressed by the environmentally green ventilation system whereby the heat in the air is recycled and reused to heat the apartment. The apartment is even warm enough not to require any heating in the middle of December. Love the view from balcony which is well proportioned and decent sized. Lots of light from floor to ceiling windows that line most of living room. Great concierge service and other amenities such as resident gym and social activities. Really enjoyed living there!
