   Amazing service from start to finish. Rush was a dream to work with and the communication was great. Some difficulties with the tenant could have resulted in the deal falling through but Oasis Living worked their magic and got everything through in record time. Highly recommend for landlords looking for a no nonsense letting service!

   Oasis Living are LIARS, SCAMMERS and THIEVES. First LIARS, and I don't have to explain that for too long, because you will obviously see the beautiful photos published online vs the flat that I found in real life. They abuse people they know will not be able to preview the flat (due to a relocation from overseas in my case). I immediately left the flat when I walked in, and went to a hotel. Then SCAMMERS, because offering this service for £3,500 per month is absolutely dishonest. When I pointed all the problems of the flat, which did not only need a cleaning but really a refurbishment, they proposed to relocate 5,6 miles away from the initial location (at the heart of London). And finally THIEVES. Whereas they interpreted my refusal to stay in the flat as an early termination with 1 month notice, they have rented the flat to someone else (during what should be termination period), BUT STILL WON'T AGREE TO A TOTAL REFUND !!! I have received part of it and still waiting for the last 3rd. I am going to start legal proceedings. AVOID ABSOLUTELY.

   My wife and I stayed at one of the properties managed by Oasis Living (#1, 286 Kilburn High Road) for 5 months and I can’t emphasise enough on the most amazing services provided by Oasis living. The flat was very spacious, well furnished and lit, and was cleaned every week without fail. Moreover in case we required any assistance, the Oasis Living team was always available for our assistance. Once again I will like to absolutely recommend any of the properties managed by Oasis Living and thank them for making our stay so special in the property. Best! Sayan

   Oasis Living is a great company to work with, I was given detailed information of what I need prior to my arrival. They are very transparent in all aspects, what to expect and what is needed from us to secure our booking. They also provide helpful tips on how we can use the appliances in the flat, boiler , heater etc. name it ,they have a crystal clear information from check -in to check-out. Will definitely come back with my next business trip in 3 months from now. See you again.

   The apartment in Kilburn was a lovely stay for the couple months we were there. We ended up extending our stay as a result of our satisfaction with the apartment. It must also be highlighted that the customer service team was excellent and was quick to revert with solutions when required. Highly recommended!
