   I have rented from Matthew. He is a fantastic Landlord and from the beginning he has been attentive, with great communication and very helpful. I was locked out of my flat, my phone almost dead in the freezing cold in the dead of night, and Matthew kindly drove over an hour and opened my front door with some spare keys. He and the team are absolutely great. Second to none!

   My sister and I have just recently completed a 9 month stay at a rented property from Marlborough Homes and we both had a very great experience living in the flat. Both Matthew and Nataliya were very friendly, polite and very helpful throughout the 9 months. be it face to face. speaking on the telephone or emailing. They both treated me not only professionally but also very respectfully and never talked down to me or being rude and condescending. They were a big help in helping us with filling the forms and what documents need to be provided and were always available when we got stuck or confused during the process. They also both suggested a builder when we needed another builder to finish our house refurbishments without being asked and Nataliya came to our house after work to hel with the translation with the builder without being asked. They also allowed us to continue our rental contact on a rolling monthly basis after our 6 month contract had run out and the work on our house was still not completed without any hesitation But most of all, we may have never got our house done up in the first place because we had tried to find property previously to stay around 6 months and nothing was available. We are very grateful and thankful that Marlborough Homes gave us a chance when most letting agents wouldn't, in letting us rent one of their properties on a short term basis whilst our house was getting done up.

   I have been extremely satisfied with the professional and responsive rental service offered for landlords. The online portal is excellent too. They found me the loveliest best tenants ever, who pay the rent on time every month and keep the flat spotless. Likewise, I am quick to respond with maintenance issues if the tap is dripping or the light fitting requires attention etc. The gas safety check arranged through them was also efficient and timely, and priced very reasonably ... less than I have paid in the past when I booked them myself! Thank you Marlborough homes for a very happy landlord and equally happy tenants I'm sure!
