   Great company to work alongside. I have a property under the guaranteed rental scheme. It was seamless and quick placement of the tenant. All the necessary checks were in place and all the hassle has been removed regards maintenance of the property. Tenant has been really happy which makes life a lot easier. Payment always on time and regular rent reviews undertaken as well as yearly inspection reports. So you know you are in safe hands. Would highly recommend.

   1.The agency, promises you things will be done when you report but nothing done. 2. The house was left with more than 10 soiled mattresses and broken cupboards for me to clear. And the said they have given the house back as it was. 3. The house was painted unprofessional, with paint over the switches lights and black mode. 4. After lease was finished, I had to fight for two years to get house back. 5. Cooker was left not working. Chandelier not there and when I told him, hesaid everything was working and all chandelier there. 6. No end of contract letter to give the bill company as the house was left with a lot of unpaid Bill's. When I request was told am a difficult landlord. 7. Soiled pads on the top of the roof and this is something I spoke to the agency a year before tennants left as the neighbours were complaining of smell. 8. The entrance porch broken. Overall the communication with the agency was bad and they did not care even when the tennants report of broken/ things not working in the house. When I questioned they said it was far. But they were taking money every month.
