Absolute atrocious property management company. Vacated the property managed by them 5 weeks ago and it took them more than 5 emails and weeks of chasing to confirm the deposit is not held with them. All whilst my landlord confirmed the deposit was due to be released in full. Finally I put out a google review and was immediately called back and threatened to take the review down else the deposit would not be refunded. Only when i took the review down I was told the deposit is with TDS. TDS sent them the necessary electronic paper work to be completed about 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t completed it. The landlord is constantly in touch with me to check if my deposit has been returned or not and he himself is trying to follow up with them but they don’t even respond to him. Highly plead anyone using them to move business elsewhere and for those who are looking for alternatives, pls look past them. They are horrific experience for both the tenant and landlords.

From day one which is over a year ago - my experience with this company/Umar Loonat has been fantastic - professional but with a friendly vibe. From explaining the legalities and processes involved in my first guaranteed rent scheme to helping and advising me re difficult tenants departure, delayed repair work by insurers , negotiations re contractual wording to finally taking on the newly refurbished property and providing new tenants in a professional and timely manner. It was an easy decision to go with Umar as opposed to the other 9 offers from agents to take on my property - simply because I found him the most accessible for information and willingness to help - and his follow up emails ' just checking in' came at my most stressful times..but his cool and calm reassurance that there will be an end was very satisfying. Thanks! Happy to say the property is now tenanted and I can finally start recouping some of my losses.

I honestly don’t even know where to start — our experience has been absolutely awful. From day one, the flat was filthy. We had to clean someone else’s mess just to make the place livable, and there were so many urgent issues that needed fixing straight away. It’s now been over three months since we reported everything, and not a single thing has been properly dealt with. The landlord has been completely unresponsive, and Kurtis Property seem powerless to do anything. They rely on a single contractor who can’t seem to manage their schedule to actually come and do the work — and in the meantime, we are just left waiting in silence. I am honestly disgusted by the way we’ve been treated. Tenants have a right to a safe and suitable place to live, especially when paying full rent. This entire experience has been stressful, exhausting, and completely unacceptable. If I could name and shame the landlord so no one else ever has to go through this, I would. Nobody should have to deal with this kind of treatment just to have a roof over their head.

I’ve been extremely impressed with the service from Kurtis Property. Akeel and the team have been professional, responsive, and proactive from the start. Communication has been clear and consistent, and they’ve handled everything from tenant onboarding to property upkeep, with great attention to detail. It’s been a smooth and stress free experience, and I’m confident my property is in good hands. Highly recommended for any landlord looking for reliable property management.

Called them on Friday shortly before 13:00 regarding a property I was really interested in, told I'd be called back after taking my name and number. No call Friday. Called again on Monday, told I'd be called again, no call again. It's now Wednesday and I've just been informed by a very helpful Freya one of the lettings agents, that the property has been taken off the market and is secured via deposit payment. A previous male member of staff whom I had spoken to on Monday (10:05 in the morning mind you, 35 minutes after their open time) had advised "when we've got another viewing, we'll give you a call back". Freya had mentioned the viewing took place on Monday, so although I had called, I was not given an opportunity to view it whatsoever, honestly wouldn't be surprised if I've been discriminated against.

Kurtis don't actually deal with anything. Only take your rent payment and tell you repairs are down to you or the home owner. Living in damp home with broken doors and leaks. Make sure you have proof of everything or you will get called a liar

No heating in my bedroom for two years. Never fixed. Reported so many times . Out of date fire alarms that the council had to fix, broken mail box, dirty apartment on move in, nobody doing any handovers on move out. Incompetent and rude agents. Weeks to reply. Chase email by chase email. Dreadful, horrific, frustrating. Avoid them if you want rent peacefully. The worst.

The process was quick and simple. Our property was rented within 2 weeks and the tenants are very nice people. We receive rent on time. Harvey was very helpful in answering all our queries.

We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.
