   Having lived here for 2 years. The reception team is very friendly and I like the apartment. Unfortunately, there’s a major design flaw that has been disturbing me recently — the gym and residential areas are not properly separated. I live on the 1st floor, Adlay Apartments. When people drop weights, both noise and vibrations can be felt in my room. After I complained about being woken up several times as early as 6:20 am, the Grainger team managed to keep it quiet between 11 pm and 7 am, which I appreciate. However, that still means I don’t have the freedom to nap or sleep until I wake up naturally. I have been woken countless times by the sound and vibrations of weights dropping before 8 or 9 a.m. and during my afternoon naps. It’s unbearable and has caused significant disruption to my life, leaving me with no choice but to move out. Make sure your room isn’t near the gym before moving in.

   I’ve been living here for over a year now in a spacious yet cozy 3-bedroom apartment with a couple of friends, and I genuinely happy with my experience. The apartment itself is fantastic—modern design, great appliances, and a balcony that adds to the overall charm of the place. What really sets this building apart, though, is the incredible team that keeps everything running smoothly. The resident services team is outstanding—always prompt and professional in addressing queries or maintenance issues. They communicate clearly and consistently, ensuring residents are always informed about building updates. A special shoutout to Jaime, who has been fantastic at handling matters quickly and efficiently. His dedication really stands out and he’s been a great addition to the staff this year! Samson is also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, especially when dealing with more complex issues. The security team is equally excellent, creating a safe and welcoming environment. Michael, in particular, is exceptional and always goes above and beyond when needed. Millet Place offers a great living experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, well-managed, and friendly place to call home!

   Erelinda at Millet place concierge has been amazing over the past few month. She has a cheery disposition and is always helpful with my queries and even if it’s for a nice chat. She is on top of my queries and provides feedbacks and keeps me update with ongoing requests. The entire team actually are all amazing and are great at making me feel seen and heard.

   I have just moved into Adlays apartment and can say for a certainty that what you are promised about the property is what you get. Excellent views, fantastic and spacious rooms, serenity and safety. But the best of Adlays is the staff, from the concierge to the managers. What can I say about Kaycee, the best of them all. No challenge is too much fot her to overcome, always providing solutions to any problems and with a ready assuring smile. Great place to live.

   We moved here 3 weeks back and have to say we are thoroughly impressed with the facility. Conveniently located right next to the DLR and overlooking Thames Barrier Park, can't go wrong. Enough greenery and just a few mins away from amenities. Also the reception staff are great and super responsive! Haven't used the gym yet but looked pretty decent, albeit a little small. Overall a solid development.

   The whole team (building manager, reception and security team) at Adlay Apartments is always very helpful and friendly. They want our stay here to go as smoothly as possible. The building has great facilities (gym, yoga studio, TV room & dining room) as well as private terraces and parcels delivery service at reception with Renzbox for us to collect at a convenient time with the Renzbox app. Our apartment looks over the Thames Barrier Park which makes for peace and quiet. The building also has its own app to book facilities, repair and with a bulletin board. Great service all round.
