   Bought my little jumping spider from here - the lady who served us was so friendly and informative. Showed me all spiders, what to use, what to feed etc. Felt very reassured. Wide variety of animals and products. Animals are well looked after - will definitely only be shopping here

   We have recently purchased our first ever bearded dragon. Brendan and his wife are great. They supplied everything we needed all in one, especially the most valuable item....information. we now have a happy addition to our family!! Belle the bearded dragon.    My Husband and I bought two Axolotl (not from here) however we came in once and now always come back for advise and products. Extremely knowledgable and always here to help. I have called and spent ages on phone getting help and guidance. We travel quite far to get to World of Fish but will always keep coming back as we trust the advise here and both are very friendly and happy to help with anything. Lovely family business.    Amazing staff. They are very knowledgeable and always happy to help. We have had our gargoyle gecko for over a year and still receive help from them. Never a silly question. While we were away, he stayed with them boarding, and he was well looked after. Definitely recommend.

   Reading some of the comments on here I actually wonder if it's the same shop & owners. I have been using this shop for well over 5 years and have NEVER had an issue. My bearded dragon George loves it when he has his "Holiday" at the shop he always comes away a happy dragon when we pick him up. Advice is always great, live food is always fresh and I have never been followed round the shop. I can't recommend them enough and always have a chat with the owners whenever I pop in. I know they had problems during covid with people visiting the shop with children and using it like a Zoo and I wonder if that's the reason for "being followed round" I can't fault the place and yea, the place does smell a bit, smells of reptiles which you would expect from an exotic pet shop.

   Very nice and clean store, animals are well cared for. Customer service is a bit iffy but I think its just the way they come across and don't mean to be anything but friendly. It is a lovely store, I do reccomend shopping here.

   Not a bad place. Some beautiful animals that i noticed was well cared for. Good notes are they have amazing choice of animals and they appear well taken care of. Not so good points is the shop is a little over run with flies which is unpleasant and some of the tanks needed a little tlc and staff wasn't interactive and don't really acknowledge a customer. Over all a decent shop with some lovely animals and creatures, large selection of accessories with is brilliant.
