   ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! After 9 weeks Readings failed to sell my property yet another agency sold it within the first week of listing - 20k over the same asking price! The Readings agent that was actually responsible for selling the property only attended one open day. Photos were extremely poor/unprofessional and did not represent the property to its highest potential. No floor plan listed despite requesting this on a number of occasions. After week 4, Readings insisted I reduce the asking price even though Readings and 2 other estate agents told me what I would be able to achieve for the property and I am still struggling to understand why they would ask this at week 4 of a 12 week contract!!! The issue I am most distraught about and feel should be shared is the fact that whilst my property was being marketed by Readings, sentimental gold (which was not on display) went missing. I was promised anyone viewing the property would be accompanied by the agent at all times - clearly this did not happen or it was the agent themselves! Very upsetting & concerning!! DO NOT LEAVE READINGS AGENTS ALONE IN YOUR PROPERTY!! When I raised a complaint with the owner of the business, he lacked empathy & told me that I was “overthinking”. The overall service is beyond poor and so much time has been wasted thanks to this unprofessional agency. Good luck to anyone who chooses to list with Readings - cheap is not always best!!
